He is an avid seeker of ritual bathing, street art culture, ergonomic strength, and dynamic balance on a journey from self-conscious to self-aware, Daniel is constantly asking, Are you moving or being moved?

Rudy often describes himself as obsessed with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most of each position.
Always teaching from experience, whether cautioning about potential injuries, recommending the perfect modification, or reminding a student to stay calm, focused, and within the moment, Rudy uses his wit and charisma to motivate his students. His teaching style helps beginners understand the asana and can revive even the longest yogis practice, breathing in new life with a deeper physical and philosophical understanding. Rudys intelligent sequencing and unique transitions create an ever-changing experience through the most basic of postures.
Vytas has a masters degree in mathematics from UCLA. Today, he practices asana regularly at home and tries his best to meditate every day. His teacher Vinnie Marino helps him continue to learn better ways to teach and incorporate yoga into day-to-day life.

"I signed up to Udaya a couple of months ago after a series of various injuries including a minor tailbone issue and pretty regular neck, shoulder and back strain. I have always been a regular gym goer and never quite got into yoga because I just did not have the patience and I thought I needed a very rigorous and fast workout to music. I was so wrong and though I practiced yoga from time to time at home myself I had never practiced the variation of stretches and postures I have found on Udaya"
"There is such an amazing variation of classes with different styles and a range of difficulty levels, I feel so much stronger and I am so much more lean and toned than I think I have been from doing gym workouts. I love the meditative part of doing yoga too and the videos on Udaya are just top notch small price to pay for such a range of classes. I love it and would highly recommend it, plus I have had no injuries or strains for the last few months everyone should be doing this."

"I cannot wait for another Travis Elliot series. The quality of the Udaya videos is really fantastic as well as the music. These are the only videos that are worth having because of the quality."

"My husband and I have been using Udaya since its launch in 2013. We have been practicing 5 days a week every 6 am. I just love the quality of Udaya's videos and instruction. The continual updates keep it very interesting. We mainly do level 1 and 2 (and as we have even more birthday candles than Rudi) with some level 3 yoga."
