Daniel Scott

Daniel is an infamous yogi provocateur who provides an alternative to the yoga voice. He teaches people how to be yogis and reminds yogis how to be people. Combining experience as a senior-level Acroyoga instructor with decades of yoga and functional movement, Daniel believes in the power of trust both on and off the mat. He is an avid seeker of ritual bathing, street art culture, ergonomic strength, and dynamic balance on a journey from self-conscious to self-aware, Daniel is constantly asking, Are you moving or being moved?

Micheline Berry

Micheline is a yogini, multimedia artist and film maker. As a pioneer in the art of integrating live world music with yoga sadhana, Michelines work is often accompanied by a live ensemble or DJ. Her trainings, workshops and retreats powerfully catalyze clarity, embodiment and creativity.

Empowering the art in others is her passion and over the years she has helped people from all walks of life liberate their creative expression and successfully develop and give momentum to their life art through her unique fusion of yoga, mindfulness meditation and creative process.

Jules Mitchell

As a yoga therapist and exercise scientist, Jules combines the tradition of yoga with her education in biomechanics to help people safely and delicately explore new aspects of their body. Her skill-based approach to movement increases strength and range of motion through deliberate and progressive exercises.

She extensively researched the science of stretching for her masters thesis project which she is currently editing for publication. In the meantime, she educates the public about stretching through her blog. She applies her research when working with clients, primarily teaching private lessons.

Caley Alyssa

Caley practices to stay connected to her body, mind, community, and to stay inspired as a teacher. She teaches because she hopes to provide a space for others to feel the way her practice has made her feel: supported, nurtured, challenged, empowered, and confident! She is inspired by her dog who loves unconditionally, her students who show up and do their best every day, her mentors who support and encourage her to be her best and walk the walk, but most of all, by others who are living their dreams.

Rudy Mettia

Rudy often describes himself as obsessed with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most of each position.

Always teaching from experience, whether cautioning about potential injuries, recommending the perfect modification, or reminding a student to stay calm, focused, and within the moment, Rudy uses his wit and charisma to motivate his students. His teaching style helps beginners understand the asana and can revive even the longest yogis practice, breathing in new life with a deeper physical and philosophical understanding. Rudys intelligent sequencing and unique transitions create an ever-changing experience through the most basic of postures.

Vytas Baskauskas

Vytas has a masters degree in mathematics from UCLA. Today, he practices asana regularly at home and tries his best to meditate every day. His teacher Vinnie Marino helps him continue to learn better ways to teach and incorporate yoga into day-to-day life.

Koya Webb

Koya is an internationally recognized holistic health coach, author, motivational speaker, yoga teacher and professional fitness model who is helping revolutionize raw/vegan cuisine, yoga and the holistic living landscape. She is a highly regarded expert source and editorial contributor with the national media online with appearances on NBC, CBS, and the Steve Harvey Show.

Her holistic health, detox and lifestyle tips have been featured in Essence, Oxygen, Vegan Health and Fitness, Max Sport and Fitness, and Muscle and Performance among others. Her mission is to spread love consciousness mentally, spiritually, and physically worldwide one breath at a time.

Emma Henry

Teaching since 1998, Emmas background in dance and martial arts is evident in her dynamic, innovative and playful choreography and understanding of anatomy and the subtle body. Her yogic path has led her to Mysore from practicing Ashtanga with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and to advanced certification in the Jivamukti method with Sharon Gannon and David Life. Her continuing education is shared with all of her students through her love of yogic texts and her amazing chanting. All of her classes include an inspiring sound track and a lot of laughter. Her goal is to create a space for practitioners to feel inspired.

Michael James Wong

Michael is a movement and yoga teacher based in London was born in New Zealand and raised in Los Angeles. Founder of Boys of Yoga, he is inspired to bring more men into the practice by breaking down stereotypes. His philosophy being: yoga makes you a better man rather than less of one. His power yoga roots are apparent in his creative, dynamic sequencing peppered with empowering nuggets.

Celest Pereira

Celests passion to get people moving is her motivator. With a background dance, martial arts and physiotherapy and an in-depth knowledge of the human body, she approaches each class as an opportunity for her students to learn new poses with simple tricks and to have fun doing it. She is a true teacher with a bright and energetic smile and whose energy in inspirational.
