Serenity House is one of the most spectacular additions to the Tybee Island community. A short walk to the beach or the Tybee Lighthouse, this 6100 square foot home includes six bedrooms all with adjoining full baths, and an additional 2200 square feet of porches and a one-of-a-kind roof deck with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and sun deck.

Laurie Kinkel has lived full-time on beautiful Tybee Island since 2001. She received her RYT 200hr training with Marianne Wells Yoga School at the Goddess Garden Eco resort in Cahita, Costa Rica in 2017. There she gained knowledge from teacher Marianne Wells who, in the early 1980s, studied with B.K.S. Iyengar, the father of Iyengar yoga. She specializes in teaching many different classes on the beach and around Tybee and Savannah including all levels of Hatha yoga, full moon yoga, gentle yoga, kitten yoga, bachelorette yoga, senior yoga, and kids’ yoga.
Rubi McGrory is an artist, writer, chef and alchemist who aims to spin all manner of material into something magical, colorful and delicious—often at the same time. Specializing in vegetarian and vegan fare, she received formal culinary training at New York’s Culinary Institute of America and the Royal Thai School of Culinary Arts in Bang Saen, Thailand. She spent over two and a half decades as a chef on private/charter yachts all over the world (and some very well-appointed home kitchens)–while also earning an MFA in design from SCAD. Angela is a native of Savannah and she has resided on Tybee Island for 16 years. Through her 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has created an opportunity for you to rest, restore, and relate on a deeper level with yourself and those around you. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and a Certified Group Fitness Trainer through IFTA.
Chrissy endeavors to help others create connection to and awareness of body, mind and soul via multiple modalities. These include: Yoga, Thai Therapy, Meditation, Sound Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Wellness Workshops. Chrissy’s goal is to help and inspire those seeking to connect to something higher than themselves. Walking through the journeys with her clients brings her true emotional fulfillment. In the early 2000s, Sue began her journey with Reiki and yoga. She ultimately received her Master Level in Reiki and became a certified yoga instructor who teaches in the studio as well as hosts beach yoga classes at sunset. Sue’s mission is to empower students of all levels and ages with practical stress reduction tools. She guides students to increase awareness of body, mind, and spirit and encourages a practice of self-compassion. Sue cultivates a vibrant but peace-filled, non-competitive, and non-judgmental, learning and practicing environment.
Amy has a unique story; growing up in Georgia, studying Biology, traveling the world (21 countries and counting!), living in a tent in Africa for a brief stint, in addition to being a former teacher, Assistant Principal, and cancer survivor! She brings honesty, directness, humor, and deep joy to every coaching session and workshop she leads. She has been described by others as always ‘living her truth’ and she wants to help other women do the same. Amy is the owner of Pure Joy Life Coaching.
