Tina Sakko holds a Masters degree in Sports Sciences, as well as she practices and teaches Vinyasa flow (with a qualification as a Yogalife certified Vinyasa yoga teacher) and Power yoga. Due to her gymnastics and dancing backgrounds, she adds surprising, complementary elements in each one of her sessions.

Craig became a student of yoga in 2010 when he started practicing under Lauren Mensikovas. Apart from yoga, Craig has a few other passions, inspiring and motivating people is one of them. He has a keen interest in nutrition and how food and our environment affect our health and the state of being. Combining yoga, meditation, food, and motivational musical stories can certainly set one on a path of healing and self-discovery.
