During this training, you'll be staying at Samadi Too Resort that is located on beautiful Canggu Beach in Southern Bali. Canggu is a bohemian beach town, home to many surf schools, hipster hangouts, and yoga resorts. Each of the en-suite rooms is spacious, comfortable and modern, with balconies overlooking the verdant rice fields. You can chill out and enjoy the view or go for a swim in Samadi Too's beautiful pool.

The building looks modern, has an amazing deck and pools, and also offers hot yoga shala. In short, if Samadi Resort is that creative hippie community in a lush green village, Samadi Too Resort is more like the super trendy club in town. Samadi Too Resort has eight guestrooms, a space for training, and will soon be opening a spa. They also organize accommodate teacher training and retreats. It is located directly opposite Samadi Bali, 50 meters down the small side street.


Turning Circles Yoga is a registered yoga school and continuing education provider with the Yoga Alliance. Their 200-hour courses are certified by the Yoga Alliance upon completion of this course, participants are given a certification in Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200-Hour).

Turning Circles Yoga have a wealth of knowledge, experience, and certifications in Vinaysa, Hatha, Sivananda, Yin, fascia-release, yoga therapeutics, Forrest-inspired, Ayurveda yoga, and Ashtanga, so they have a lot to share. During their 200-hour training, you will be focusing on Vinyasa, yoga therapeutics, fascia-release, and Ayurveda, with elements of Yin, Restorative, and Hatha yoga.

Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are also a big element of the course where you will be taught on how to lead pranayama classes, visualizations, chakra-based meditations, and self-discovery meditations. You will be confident to teach a range of classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, yoga therapeutics, Hatha, Gentle Flow, Power Flow, and one-to-one private classes.

Week 1 - Yoga philosophy

  • Understanding the four paths and the eight limbs of yoga
  • Daily Yin-Yang yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation
  • Study of the yoga sutras
  • Theme based Yin-Yang yoga - practice and teaching
  • Incorporate key elements of yoga philosophy into your teaching
  • Self-inquiry meditations and visualizations

Week 2 - Anatomy

  • Daily peak pose Vinyasa practice
  • Understanding how to effectively warm up specific muscle groups required for peak poses poses
  • Learning the key muscles and muscle groups, and how they relate to functional yoga
  • Understanding common injuries and learning best yoga practices to help practitioners suffering from them

Week 3 - The chakras

  • Daily chakra-based Vinyasa practice
  • Understanding the key elements of each chakra, including characteristics, location, energetic, and spiritual association
  • Guided chakra-focused meditations
  • Learning how to sequence and teach a chakra-themed class

Week 4 - Ayurveda

  • Understand the foundations of Ayurveda including the three Gunas and the Doshas
  • Therapeutic Ayurveda yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation
  • Study of the Koshas
  • Design and teach one-to-one sessions to pacify your students' Dosha imbalances
  • Incorporate Ayurveda principles and practices into your personal practice and teaching

Laura Mcegan
Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Ayurveda Yoga, Yoga)
Yoga Alliance RYT 300 (Yin Yoga)
Laura started her yoga journey at the age of 15 years old. Laura completed the Yoga Alliance RYT 200-hour certification on a one-to-one basis in South India. After two years of teaching yoga full-time in Hong Kong, Laura moved to Thailand to complete her RYT 300-hour in Therapeutic Yin-Yang yoga with Jivani Yoga. In 2016, Laura traveled to Mexico to complete the RYT 200-hour certification in Ayurveda yoga therapy.
Emma Brown
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, RYT 500 (Yoga)
Emma started her yoga journey in 2005 by attending classes in her hometown of Blue Hill, Maine, USA. In 2012, Emma completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in India. She completed an advanced yoga training in 2015 with renowned healer Ana Forrest, where she learned the fundamentals of yoga therapy. In 2016, Emma did a prenatal teacher training course and completed her 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Bryce Yoga.

Nude Canggu serves amazing breakfasts, super salad bowls, wraps, burgers, coffees, juices, and smoothies. Positioned along Berawa’s hottest strip and open for early service, Nüde is the perfect place to catch the first morning light over the neighboring rice fields.

Cafe Vida

Cafe Vida specializes in sourcing quality local organic produce. They serve their own blend of espresso coffee which is locally roasted and brewed. Organic selection of locally grown teas and a house blend of herbal healing elixir teas. They serve healthy nutritional freshly made food, drinks, raw gluten free cakes, and healing probiotic elixirs.


Dandelion offers scrumptious Indonesian favorites from Balinese curries to everyone's favorite spring rolls. They serve meat but have vegetarian options as well.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). From the airport, it is a 40-minute taxi ride that costs roughly 18 USD to Samadi Too Resort.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 120 days before arrival.
