Indra has been teaching Satyananda yoga for over 30 years, alongside nursing in the NHS for 23 years. He trained at the Bihar School of Yoga in India, and did his yoga teacher training course at the London Satyananda Centre in 1995. Indra specializes in teaching yoga, meditation and yoga Nidra for all levels. He also incorporates breathwork into his classes and is a Reiki level 2 practitioner.
