Taroudant is located in the Souss Valley in Southern Morocco and is known as the epitome of a Moroccan market town. It is an old city in Morocco, is a historic ensemble interspersed with important buildings that bear witness to its glorious history. In Taroudant, you will discover the 7.5 kilometers long city walls with 130 towers and 19 bulwarks, the Kasbah, the argan oil cooperatives, Tiout oasis, and its palm grove.
Taroudant's craftsmen specialize in wrought iron, wooden sculpture, jewelry, as well as rugs. The kingdom's diverse geography (high mountains, desert, sea, ocean, green countryside, canyons, and much more) offers extraordinary biodiversity, with grandiose scenery that is home to amazing plants and animals, to the traveler who takes the time to get a closer look. There's no doubt that you will be charmed by its magnificent natural beauty!

You can also visit Tiout and its palm grove which is the home to an argan oil cooperative, where they'll tell you how they make argan oil, which is widely used in cooking as well as in cosmetics. The cooperative is managed by the village women and was founded by Prince Albert of Monaco. You can visit the palm grove on foot or ride a donkey.
The souks are very traditional in Taroudant. With few tourists, they have remained untouched and offer a rich and diverse variety of handicrafts. The Sunday market is a must-see with stalls selling live animals and fresh produce brought by Berbers from the mountains.
You can also visit Taroudant's city walls in a carriage and take a trip back in time. You will be surprised by the grandeur, the beauty of the doors, and the alleyways that hide many historic buildings.
The property, located in a small village, is ideal for cycling. You can meet the villagers, who are very hospitable, and you will be taken to the ancient Roman site. You may come across herds of camels and sheep, which give Talaa its charm.
