Laila Sell
Laila Sell discovered her passion for yoga in 1998 and has been studying it ever since, researching and exploring the yogic way of life - a journey of finding the balance between movement and stillness, stability and fluidity, being and doing. Laila loves helping students listen to their own bodies and providing them with the tools to attain the feeling of freedom on many levels. She places an emphasis on a kind of rejuvenation which recharges the inner batteries. Her classes are process-oriented, looking for a quality of movement that enhances awareness.
Helen Noakes
Helen is co-director of the Yoga Health Mandala and founder of HN Chavutti massage training. Her passion is sharing Scaravelli-inspired yoga which has become the foundation of her knowledge of life. Scaravelli-inspired yoga is revolutionary and offers tools to deepen whatever style of Hatha yoga one practices. Helen is a guide for a beautiful journey of waves and spirals into the spine which generates a slow and safe release of tension as well as a new and profound experience of movement. In her book Awakening the Spine, Vanda Scaravelli says "there are no beginners or advanced students."

The cooperative is managed by the village women and was founded by Prince Albert of Monaco. You can visit the palm grove on foot or ride a donkey.

The souks are very traditional in Taroudant. With few tourists, they have remained untouched and offer a rich and diverse variety of handicrafts. The Sunday market is a must-see with stalls selling live animals and fresh produce brought by Berbers from the mountains.

You can also visit Taroudant's city walls in a carriage and take a trip back in time. You will be surprised by the grandeur, the beauty of the doors, and the alleyways that hide many historic buildings.
