Join Dawn “Motherheart” Smelser at the “Moon Lodge”, a sweet respite nestled next to 250,000 acres of protected forest in the volcanic highlands of Costa Rica’s vibrant green heart, for a magical retreat. You will enjoy daily yoga, meditations, inspired creativity, and dance in a lush and sacred environment. In addition to daily classes and three healthy and delicious meals, your retreat includes a farm tour, a day trip to the local hot springs, and a community day. Nourished by fresh, local cuisine, and open-hearted community, we gather to allow our bodies and minds to loosen the unnecessary, be soothed by possibility, and welcome spaciousness and joy.
You will stay at a sustainable rainforest eco-lodge hotel providing comfortable accommodations. The atmosphere at the retreat center is simple, healthy, and relaxed. You will stay in a room that will shared with one to two persons guests. The eco-lodge has a beautiful chlorine-free swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
