Life is complex when you get caught up in thinking and worrying, predicting, and fantasizing what was or will be. Thinking can feel messy when you spend time to seek for answer outside. Simplify means turn inward, don’t judge, feel the present moment and connect with your inner master. Morning yoga practice, pranayama, philosophy, yummy breakfast and dinner, late afternoon practice, and evening satsang will be offered on this retreat.
