Shiva Batra
Shiva Batra is the founder of Trinetra Yogashala. He is a Hatha Base Yoga Teacher and has a 5-year of yoga teaching experience. He has experience in teaching yoga to all age students. He has knowledge of several asanas and breathing techniques adjusting training programs and practice. Shiva Batra is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
ABHISHEK NEGI
Abhishek was born and brought up in Rishikesh (world capital of yoga). Since his childhood he want to add spirituality in his life. What else than Yoga will be the best path. Abhishek, has been teaching yoga since 2017. He is also Qualified for Assistant-Professor in Yoga. He is currently pursuing Ph. D in yoga.All throughout his Journey he keep on adding something new to his knowledge of yog. He excelled in teaching traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyenger style of yoga, shivananda Yoga, Power Yoga, Phillosophy of Yoga, Pranayam. This is why he become a gems for our school.

Yogacharya Keshavananda
Yogacharya Keshavananda, was born in the holy town of Rishikesh where the journey into the realm of yoga began when he was a mere 10-year-old, a curious and determined child who set his foot on a quest to learn the ancient art and science of yoga with a thirst for knowledge that he fervently pursued over the years. Keshavananda is currently pursuing his bachelors and has been teaching since 2019, imparting his knowledge with finesse and perspicacious insight guiding his students through the intricacies of asanas, pranayama, mantras, and anatomy.
