Trinetra Yoga provides stay at a third-party Youth hostel in Mysore, where they offer single occupancy, dormitory, and double sharing accommodation.

In all categories of rooms, one has to take care of their personal belongings and valuables especially dormitory and also in twin-single rooms. Trinetra Yoga suggests opting only single occupancy or double twin sharing rooms, as students can have their privacy and study, as dormitories may have few external guests of the hostel as well.

  • Breakfast is included in Non AC Twin/single occupancy sharing room
  • Breakfast is not available in AC Twin/single occupancy sharing room

Trinetra Yoga suggests that you can also eat breakfast by paying a nominal amount to the restaurants nearby the Ashram, as we start classes early morning and breakfast break is an hour. So it is wise to stay back at the ashram and eat nearby, instead of traveling again to your accommodation for breakfast and come back, although you have breakfast included in the package but to save time and energy. The choice is completely yours.

The lunch dinner not included in the package. Choose lunch/dinner based on your preference, as there are many places for food in and around the school. The students can also talk to a couple of places and get your food arranged at the Ashram.

Trinetra Yoga also suggests students who are keen on their preference for a stay to opt outside because they may find a stay as per their taste. However, in case of students do not stay at our third-party places, then Trinetra Yoga won't be adjusting the package price as the entire package comes with stay and breakfast in case of Non AC twin sharing rooms and no breakfast in non-A/C twin sharing rooms.
