Triguna Yoga offers this yoga and meditation retreat in Rishikesh which will help you discover the relationship between mind and body through yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. They will show you how you can heal yourself physically, mentally and emotionally using five elements, asana, meditation, emotional detoxification techniques and breathing techniques. Dhyan Mandir is a beautiful ashram with two yoga halls in a big garden with flowers and many trees. There is free Wi-Fi access, hot shower and a filtered drinking water system. There are private rooms and shared rooms, some of them have AC. The rooms are big and have Western toilets and wardrobe. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are also provided for you.
Triguna Yoga 12 day retreat offers a deeper understanding of how you can use yoga asanas for mental health. Through the practice of some asanas our energy level, mind patterns and habits can be changed. Triguna Yoga will especially focus on emotional detoxification kriyas: how you can release the side effects of your negative emotions. The detoxification with 5 elements include mud and water treatments, breathing techniques as well as teachings how you can increase the fire element and ether element (fasting)

Prakash is born and brought up in a spiritual family in Uttar Pradesh, India. He has been introduced to a spiritual path and yoga at very young age. He started practicing Meditation, Asanas, Pranayama and Prayers from his childhood. On the path he learned Yoga from different institutes and traditions, like Astanga yoga from SVYASA Bangalore and extended courses from Satyananda’s (Bihar School Of Yoga) ,Munger. He has aquired academic qualifications earlier: master of yoga and master in English literatures. Prakash is now guiding Meditation, Yoga, Tantra, mindfullness and Kundalini.
Samadhi is a uniquely inspiring and experienced Pranayama, Meditation, Yog-Nidra Teacher and Therapist. She is a Dr. of Naturopathy from School of Naturopathy Gorakhpur, which includes whole naturopathy treatments with diet and therapeutic yoga. She has done extensive courses from Satyanand yoga (BSY Munger) and SVYASA Bangalore, where she got the perfect practical and theoretical knowledge of Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha. She also learned Yoga Nidra with its therapeutic qualities. Nowadays Samadhi is giving sessions of Pranayama, Yog Nidra, Meditation, Diet and counselling.
One would rarely come across someone as humble and pleasant as Girish Ji. Even though he completed graduation in computer science and worked at Infosys (Leading Indian IT company) for about 3 years, he left all of it in his search for truth. He did Sadhana (meditation) at many places like South India, Nepal, Manali etc. A 10 day Vipassana Meditation in Pune changed his life forever. He was always interested in subjects like Anatomy and physiology, which pushed him to go for further studies. He has a degree of N.D.(Doctor of Naturopathy) and Y.D.(Doctor of Yoga).
Manmohan Rupal Ji is teaching Anatomy and Emotional Detoxification Kriyas. He is a double master degree holder in human psychology, a holistic healer and a life coach. Grown up under the parenthood of a naturopath father and Reiki master mother, Manmohan Ji was always inclined towards holistic healing from young age. Along with the fusion of psychological master degrees, Manmohan Ji has specialized himself in exclusive yogic psychotherapy which is proving to be a very effective tool in yoga practices to overcome psychosomatic disorders like depression and anxiety.
This retreat will take place at the Triguna Yoga Center situated in Rishikesh, India. The holy city of Rishikesh, in the base of the Himalayas, holds deep cultural and spiritual significance for local Hindus. Sacred rivers and mountains set the scene for yoga and reflective hikes. Rishikesh is a world yoga capital and every year thousands of people come to Rishikesh to learn yoga and meditation. There are hundreds of temples and ashrams in Rishikesh. During this course, you will be served three daily vegetarian yogic meals. A healthy and happy life depends on a healthy routine and a balanced diet. The food is carefully supervised and is prepared in a very natural and yogic manner while promoting the use of seasonal vegetables and fruits and avoiding all the artificially prepared edibles.

Being a popular tourist destination, Rishikesh has a good network of buses connecting it with important places such as Haridwar, Dehradun, and New Delhi. Buses depart in the morning and late evening from the Kashmere Gate ISBT, New Delhi for Rishikesh every day. You can choose from a regular, deluxe, or a luxurious coach.
The nearest railhead to Rishikesh is in Haridwar which is approximately 25 kilometers away. Haridwar, in turn, is linked to major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Varanasi. Some of the popular trains are Shatabadi Express, Jan Shatabdi, AC Special Express, and Mussoorie Express.
For those making the journey to Rishikesh, it is advisable to take the train till Haridwar and then either take a bus or hire a taxi to Rishikesh. While the bus would take about 45 minutes, the taxi will take you to Rishikesh in about a half an hour.
Taking a taxi up to Rishikesh is worth considering, as it is connected to other cities via the National Highway 58, which is in a good condition for most of the year. The drive from Delhi to Rishikesh would take approximately six to seven hours. The approximate fare from New Delhi is 80 USD and from Dehradun is 20 USD.
