She spreads her love of yoga to yogis and yoginis in London as well as on adventurous retreats worldwide. She runs workshops in London as well as teacher training programs at The Power Yoga Co.

In her teachings, you can expect a pinch of pranayama, a dash of philosophy, and slug of meditation all mixed together with some inspiring asana. She is a believer of living in the moment and being full of gratitude. Her life mantras include: random acts of kindness, fill life with laughter, and a little bit of dancing daily. She is forever grateful to all of her teachers but especially thankful for her family and friends, Richard Freeman, Iyengar, the Jois family, Sheshadri, and her current teacher Stewart Gilchrist.

"Only left yesterday and already want to go back. The place is incredible and the people working at Monestevole are just great. We learned a lot, laughed even more, had delicious food (every single time) and the other guests who happened to be there at the same time as us were great fun as well. Love the fact that you can get involved in as much or as little as you want; do you feel like helping out in the kitchen or do some weeding in the garden you can, do you feel like chilling out by the pool or in one of the cute hammocks instead, you can too. Absolutely loved the experience! Now we need to figure out when we're going to come back."
