Join Tribe Yoga to help your soul shine on the infamous white island, escaping from it all. Treat yourself to a nourishing week in paradise surrounded by nature. This is a chance to switch off from responsibilities and unplug from the day-to-day stresses back home, putting a spring back into your step.
This is more than just a yoga retreat, this is a healing transformational week to help destress, detox, and rebalance your body nutritionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually, helping your soul to shine. You have 2 teachers to guide and support you and a small group for a relaxed and more intimate atmosphere.
The sanctuary, a beautiful finca in the middle of the tranquil Ibizan countryside, is the perfect space for you to press pause, unwind, and reset. Casa Solara is based close to the town of Santa Eularia in the north of the island, surrounded by fields of fig trees perfectly ripe in September.
The villa has the most peaceful healing energy you can imagine with nothing but the sounds of birds singing around you. It is very common for lifelong friendships to blossom during Casa Solara retreats due its positive energy and magical vibrations.
The tent and yurt are beautifully decorated with normal beds and electricity. Set up in the garden, they are a popular option for those who love their privacy and enjoy cultivating a closeness to nature. There are two bathrooms in the house (shower, bath, bidet, toilet), two outdoor showers, and a third toilet outside.
This transformative week will help you find the reset button via an exploration of ‘balance’ in all its aspects. You will be embarking on experiences of yoga and breathwork, through to a range of uplifting and relaxing activities, and most importantly, nourishing yourselves with delicious nutritious gut health themed plant-based food.
Over this week together, you will be rebalancing the body and mind connection through movement and the flow of breath, reconnecting your inner worlds to the world around you. Through your daily asanas and body work, you will strengthen and realign your bodies. And through gut healthy nutritiously designed food and individualized nutrition assessments, you will allow the flow of energy to both cleanse and rejuvenate your digestive systems.
Your instructors, Mays and Scarlett, will conscientiously co-teach and hold space for you throughout the retreat. The personal attention you receive from them is an invitation to move into a safe, effective, and therapeutic yoga practice. Tapping into the transformative energies that the island of Ibiza is famous for, you go back to basics and engage with the opposing elements of masculine and feminine, yin and yang, sun and moon, heating and cooling.
Working to synchronize movement with breath, you will invite more harmony and balance into your bodies and souls. If yoga is quite new to you, they will make sure you can access the postures with modifications suited to your level, and if you are a long time practitioner, they will give you some extra coaching to take your practice to the next level.
Dynamic yoga practice will be the wonderful and rewarding way to start every morning. The practice will be based on elements from Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, and Acro yoga to activate your physical and energetic bodies, giving you a boost to enjoy the day ahead.
Breathing techniques and relaxation will support you to balance your physical, energetical, emotional, and mental bodies. Most importantly, Mays and Scarlett will ensure that the morning sessions are a fun way to engage with yourself on many levels, experimenting with different styles of yoga.
In the afternoon, you enjoy a different flavor of relaxing practices that allow you to tune into and balance your emotional and mental levels.
Meditative Hatha sessions are your invitation to slow down and cultivate a loving and gentle attitude to yourself. Throughout the week, you will explore practices that open and release at the level of the heart center, taking time to tune into how and what you are feeling whilst cultivating more appreciation and gratitude towards ourselves.
Osho dynamic meditations - these moving meditations are a wonderful way to stir and shake up the energy inside of you. A great invitation to let go of inhibitions and free up your mind and soul.
The evening practices will vary and will be a beautiful and nourishing time to integrate the experiences of the day into your system, helping to send you off to a blissful sleep.
Guided meditation practices support you to move into a place of stillness and silence, where you can allow yourselves to let go and surrender into the deeper realms of your being, and touch on and experience the inner peace and harmony that lies within.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a very special practice in which you introduce the seeds of change into your subconscious to support positive and beneficial transformations. If there is some habit or addiction that you are working to eliminate from your life, this practice could be the key to long term change and healing. Research has proven that yoga Nidra practices can help to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, improving sleep and mood disorders.
Quantum light breath - Mays and Scarlett hold space for you to experience the deeply penetrative work of the quantum light breath. In these sessions, you explore the healing power of the breath combined with the deep vibrational sounds of the didgeridoo and toning to release old beliefs and patterns, allowing you to reconnect to the radiance of your true nature.
This retreat is all about addressing individual needs on all levels with nutrition being a hugely important aspect. As a fully qualified nutritional therapist as well as yoga teacher, Mays will provide every guest with a 30-minute nutritional consultation. Whether you have digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, stress, anxiety, insomnia, or any other chronic conditions, every guest will receive personalized nutritional advice to help ameliorate any issues they may have, learning how to make long lasting lifestyle changes, regaining vitality and moving towards living life the healthy Mays way.
This retreat schedule allows plenty of time for everyone to explore the abundance of gorgeous local beaches, enjoying stunning island nature hikes, a special sunrise or sunset trip, a group dinner out at a favorite magical local restaurant La Paloma (cost excluded, optional), stand up paddleboard yoga, a wonderful heart opening healing cacao and sound meditation / gong bath, and many more delights that the magical island offers.
Scarlett has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years and sharing her experience of yoga in many of its various forms with students for over 15 years. Her teaching style for asana originates from her years of study and training in many different styles including Ashtanga, Dynamic yoga, and Tantra yoga. Through simple and clear instructions, Scarlett offers a practical, lighthearted, fun, creative, and spontaneous approach to yoga suited to both beginners and more advanced students.
Mays has been teaching and studying yoga for the last 8 years spending years traveling and learning deep spiritual practices from enlightening masters around the world. As well as teaching Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles, Mays is also a Reiki master and offers deep yoga Nidra meditation and pranayama breathwork teachings. Mays loves hosting transformational wellness and yoga retreats globally around the world. Mays’s other passion lies in nutrition. She is a qualified Nutritional Therapist specializing in naturopathic healing with a functional medicine perspective.
Ibiza, the ‘white island’, is simply enchanting and at its best in September. The beaches are heavenly, the water is warm, and the island has an atmosphere of peace after the busy-ness of the summer months.
Casa Solara is a spiritual center in the peaceful north of Ibiza, surrounded by rolling hills and farmlands. It is an alcohol-free, drug-free space where the energies are kept pure - a beautiful, conscious, tranquil environment, perfect for retreats.
Food is life. What we put in our body directly impacts on our health and wellbeing. You will be eating healthy, plant-based, gluten-free, nutritious meals that will replenish and invigorate, filling you with energy and increasing your life force.
The overall nutrition theme for the retreat will be to improve gut health with lots of ferments, kombucha, and other delights to ensure your tummies are happy. You can look forward to fresh locally sourced ingredients, living nutritious foods, yummy juices, and vibrantly delicious dinners all made with the magical secret ingredients: passion and love.
As a qualified nutritional therapist, Mays will personally design your nutritionally balanced gut-nourishing menu. She is happy and available to answer any nutritional queries you may have about the meal plans throughout the retreat and during guests' individual consultations.

With over 20 years of training and experience as a holistic therapist, Scarlett will be offering each participant a 30-minute holistic massage session. Trained in many different healing techniques and disciplines, Scarlett is skilled in a range of different treatments. Whether you have a specific injury or you simply want to destress, Scarlett will give you a wonderful session of healing according to your needs.
Optional extra treatments (beyond the initial 30 minutes included above) available to be booked, such as massage / Reiki / nutritional therapy consultations / channelling.

Casa Solara is 6 minutes' drive from the town and beach of Santa Eularia, and 25 minutes' drive from the airport. Taxis from the airport are approximately 35 EUR one-way (or more, late at night) but you are encouraged to hire a car which often works out cheaper and is great to give you the freedom to check out the beautiful local beaches.
