Registered as RYT 500 Stefanie teaches in various places of the world in English or German, sharing yoga as a universal language. '"lots of yoga teachers influenced my style but two I really admire are Meghan Currie and Mark Robberds. Meghan teaches me to play, to fly, to go with the flow and Mark adds perfect gentle alignment techniques. All my practices are breath-centred, like the waves of the ocean breath gently flowing in and out is the best teacher you can have”.
My teachings are a reflection of my personal practices and experiences. I love to move in a dynamic way, free movement and dance is the foundation of my expression. I have had an established ashtanga practice that keeps me rooted and over the years have explored how to find my own way into asanas, soft and loving. My absorption lies deeply with the energetic body paying attention to what feelings and sensations arise, to allow space for deeper listening and understanding.

The Tribe level 1 yoga teacher training in Thailand Feb/Mar 2017 was an amazing experience which i would encourage any aspiring yoga teacher to enroll in.
The standard of teaching was excellent. The principle teacher Rory has a wealth of knowledge on asana and yoga philosophy that greatly surpassed my expectations. his delivery of teaching was perfect and is passion for yoga and teaching, transparent. Steve enchanted us with his mantras teaching and musical capabilities as well as his beautifully led asana classes. His pranayama and meditation classes complimented the strong asana classes and contributed to a beautifully balanced programme. Katerina and Francisca were previous Tribe level 1 graduates and supported the main faculty with a strong knowledge of all the teachings, strong asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra practice but also supported us through friendship and humanity. Overall the standards of teaching were absolutely exceptional. Each and everyone of these teachers were not only good at what they did but were also inspiring role models of yogis. Kind, considerate, open hearted, generous of time, knowledge and spirit.
The course is intense but it really does need to be to ensure that the programme is covered. The programme was well set out and fully comprehensive.
The resort was tranquil, surrounded by nature and clean. I would have preferred somewhere a little more in the mountains but that is just a personal view. The food was very good, slightly repetitive but again this is a minor point. I was surprised by how easy it was to enjoy a vegan diet.
I am looking forward to starting my own yoga classes and would like to say a huge thank you to this team and the whole of Tribe for this wonderfully brilliant experience. Namaste
