Stefanie`s teaching path started in 2014 after graduating from Tribe`s Level 1 in India. Registered as RYT 500, Stefanie teaches in various places of the world in English or German, sharing yoga as a universal language. Lots of yoga teachers influenced her style but two that she really admires are Meghan Currie and Mark Robberds. Meghan teaches her to play, to fly, to go with the flow and Mark adds perfect gentle alignment techniques. All her practices are breath-centered, like the waves of the ocean breath gently flowing in and out is the best teacher you can have.
My teachings are a reflection of my personal practices and experiences. I love to move in a dynamic way, free movement and dance is the foundation of my expression. I have had an established ashtanga practice that keeps me rooted and over the years have explored how to find my own way into asanas, soft and loving. My absorption lies deeply with the energetic body paying attention to what feelings and sensations arise, to allow space for deeper listening and understanding.
