Tribe Yoga is a collective of independent yoga practitioners. They offer yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings in different locations around the world.
Scarlett has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years and sharing her experience of yoga in many of its various forms with students for over 15 years. Her teaching style for asana originates from her years of study and training in many different styles including Ashtanga, Dynamic yoga, and Tantra yoga. Through simple and clear instructions, Scarlett offers a practical, lighthearted, fun, creative, and spontaneous approach to yoga suited to both beginners and more advanced students.
Emily constantly explores different inspirations of asana and various paths of yoga. Her passion for movement and body awareness coupled with her strong background in anatomy manifests in her teachings as clear, precise, thoughtful instruction. Emily loves sharing her knowledge with her students and feels especially rewarded when someone realizes that they can do something that they previously thought unattainable, breaking down those limitations we create in our mind. She feels a consistent gratitude for all the wonderful teachers she has met along her path.
He began practicing Yoga primarily for its healing benefits and to aid recovery from sporting injuries and noticed significant improvement in reduced recovery time, increased core strength and mental focus. His knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, Tantra, Kundalini Yoga and Advaita Vedanta has been deepened by the guidance of many teachers. His experience of these many disciplines from asana to meditation and philosophy has evolved through self discipline, practice and aspiration. His vibrant energy, positive input and expertise as a senior teacher and facilitator is a welcome addition to Tribe Yoga.
