You'll stay in one of the fabulous, private loft-style apartments with a private bath, king-sized bed, fridge, kitchenette with coffee maker, and blender. All have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. Lofts 1, 2, and 4 have private balconies with hammocks and a gas stove in the kitchenette. All 4 have the option for an extra bed.
The lofts are just below or next to the yoga studio, Tribal Tulum, and above their partner dive shop, Acuatic Tulum. They are on the bike path that joins Tulum "Pueblo Magico" to the Tulum Beach. Spacious and luminous, they are in the right spot to connect the beach and pueblo magic so you can explore what the area has to offer culturally.

The teachers are the best in the area and offer a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Iyengar, as well as special classes like Karunta wall ropes classes and myofascial roll and release. Teachers are all available for private classes at extra charge.
Participants can also learn to scuba dive or free-dive at the downstairs dive center, Aquatic Tulum. The personalized dive and snorkel tours work around your yoga needs. Tribal's and Acuatic's amazing staff can assist you in coordinating tours and adventures from diving to snorkelling to organizing tours to Chichen Itza or Mayan purification ceremonies.

Joanne has been sharing her humor, sense of vitality, creativity, and yoga practice with people in Tulum since 2006. She combines her years of yoga instruction with a lifetime of body knowledge developed as a competitive athlete. Her life philosophy of cherishing each moment and oneself is evident in each of her practices, reminding others that each breath and each moment is a gift. Joanne is accredited to teach yoga by the AAAI/ISMA (American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association). Additionally a 100 Hour Yin Teacher Training, 2017 through YUMJI.
Daria found yoga more than 12 years ago and it has helped to heal her body, mind, and heart along the way of past injury. She has studied with Shiva Rea, Mathew Cohen, and Jorgen Christiansson in California and received her 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Daniel Aaron of radiantly Alive Yoga in Ubud, Bali. She teaches Restorative, Yin, and Children's yoga at Tribal.
Eugenia received her certification in Hatha yoga in 2006 and since 2009, her study and teaching are dedicated to the Iyengar method. She came to Tulum in 2014. In early 2015, she completed her grade II certification in the Iyengar tradition of yoga. She constantly updates her knowledge and teaching skills about the Iyengar method through workshops and seminars. Eugenia teaches Iyengar yoga five times a week at Tribal and one Saturday a month, she teaches a restorative Iyengar class. Tribal Yoga has wall-fitted ropes that are used in Eugenia’s classes to perfect the alignment in the asanas.
Ricardo is from Northern Mexico, a small town called Tampico. He developed his love for bodily movement and the interaction between body and mind through martial arts, loving both the traditional aspect and the competition. He began yoga to improve his alignment in competitions and immediately fell in love with its focus on balancing body and mind. He is new to teaching yoga but an old soul with years in martial arts and the mind-body connection. He received his training in 2015 in Vinyasa flow at Yoga Dicha in Tulum, where he now lives.
Mariana moved to Tulum just three years ago from Guadalajara, Mexico. She studied yoga in Playa del Carmen and received her certification in Vinyasa flow from Alan Montaño. Developing a dedicated and constant practice showed her the internal and external changes yoga brought about in herself. Subsequently, she decided to share the yoga practice as a teacher. Mariana shows her students how yoga can help them live less accelerated lives and be in the moment, thus healing physical and emotional wounds.

Tribal Tulum are located in Tulum, Mexico, Pueblo Magico in the state of Quintana Roo, just south of Playa del Carmen and Cancun on the Yucatan peninsula.
The lofts have a kitchenette where you have the flexibility to cook your own meals or you can simply ask for catered meals at an additional cost. Just steps away, are a wide range of food options available to you. You can also choose to explore one of the several renowned restaurants in Tulum Pueblo or along the Beach Road.

Cancún International Airport

Arriving at Cancun International Airport (CUN), you have three options to get from the airport to Tribal Tulum: private transfer, public bus, or renting a car.
Tribal Tulum can organize a private transfer from the airport to Tribal. The driver picks you up as you exit customs and will have you there in about 90 minutes. The cost is 225 USD Round Trip. Tribal Tulum can organize this service in advance with your full name and travel details. You pay at the studio on arrival in cash.
There are shared services online including NAST Transfers, Happy Transfer, USA Transfers, among others. You book those online from Cancun to Tribal Tulum with the address Tribal Tulum, YOGA LOFTS DIVE, Avenida Coba Sur entre Calle 7 y 9 Oriente, Tulum, Quintan Roo, MX.
The bus company that services the airport is ADO. Buses are comfortable, air-conditioned, economical, and safe. Check the departure times online on their website. If the direct connections don’t meet your time schedule, you can still take the bus and change in Playa del Carmen to a bus to Tulum. The bus takes about 2.5 to 3 hours depending on connections. From the bus stop in Tulum, you can either walk the 2 kilometers or take a taxi for about 50 pesos to the Tribal Tulum, Yoga Lofts Dive.
If you decide to rent a car, we can send you driving directions from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Tribal Tulum has parking in front of the building.
