Guided by Joanne Fanny and Ricardo Castro, the journey weaves together meditation, yoga, ice baths, and light therapy. With Shaman Francisco, an energetic cleanse deepens the experience, helping each participant reconnect with their inner self. A cenote tour adds a sense of wonder, as mineral-rich waters nourish the spirit. This retreat is a portal to presence, healing, and personal awakening.
