"Tribal Tulum Paradise"

There aren't enough words that could positively describe my experience at Tribal Tulum. Joanne was communicative and consistent throughout the entire booking process. Upon arrival to Mexico, transportation was arranged from Cancun to Tulum, and even though it was late, Joanne was waiting for us at check-in to welcome us to her facility and give us a tour. Our accommodations were divine, and there were so many thoughtful and personal touches that made our stay absolutely wonderful. Fresh granola, almond milk, fruit, coffee, tea, filtered water, and coconut milk were provided daily during our stay. We were provided locally produced, environmentally sustainable products which I fell in love with. We had unlimited use of the yoga studio, bikes, and discounts on adventures through Aquatic Tulum. The location is PERFECT! It's a 10 minute walk to downtown Tulum, which has some phenomenal shopping and restaurants, and a 20 minute bike ride along a well paved path to white sand beaches and resorts/bars/restaurants/shops. The staff and yoga instructors were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. There were multiple class options daily varying in style, length, and difficulty. The yoga studio was absolutely gorgeous, with amazing light and a comforting atmosphere. Not only will I recommend Tribal Tulum to every person I know, I am already looking forward to my next visit!

"A magical experience "

I decided to take a last minute yoga retreat because I had fallen out of my own yoga practice and figured the retreat would help reset me. This was better than expected. Everything was amazing. The lofts are super cute !! The studio is really nice, and Tulum is magical! The owner Joanne is amazing and the instructors were awesome! I am already planning my next trip down there again. Hands down one of the best retreats you will find out there!!

"Much needed yoga and balance"

Joanne and Alex were both amazing hosts. I enjoyed the special attention and the fabulous yoga. 5 days was way to short, I will definitely be back to see my new Tulum friends! Hasta pronto!

"Amazing solo retreat"

This was a perfect last-minute solo getaway and first trip to Tulum. I booked 4 nights at the Acuatic Lofts and have nothing but amazing things to say about Joanne (the owner of the studio & lofts) who was so gracious and welcoming. She even drove one of my fellow yoga classmates & her husband to a local honey shop in the town over (the same shop that provides the shampoo & body soap in the lofts), and then we had an impromptu dip in one of the local, smaller cenotes.

The location of the lofts is also really convenient, as it's the middle point btwn the town & the beach (short 15 min bike ride - and the rental is included). The yoga classes in the studio were just a short flight up, and the dive shop downstairs was great too (you get a discount when staying in the lofts & I recommend the snorkeling trip to Dos Ojos Cenote).

All in all, I highly recommend booking a retreat here & I hope I can come back again!

"Home away from home!"

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Joanne with a fresh cup of delicious coffee. She made me feel at home right away!

Accommodations: The room was beautiful and stocked up with fresh fruit and water. The room was also cleaned regularly. Joanne also provides a bike for your stay which quickly becomes your best friend.

They also have some of the best scuba and free diving instructors which I wish I had tried if I was staying longer.

Yoga: I tried to attend at least 1 yoga class a day and found there is much variety and something for everyone. You can attend even if you’re a beginner. I liked the incorporation of essential oils and more breathing techniques than I’m used to.

The staff: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I found Leif provided me with the most information and was very cheerful. They had a new member named Malin who is helping out for a little while. She was willing to travel along with me to some bars and cenote when she wasn’t working.

Location: The retreat is in a convenient location. It doesn’t take too long to bike to the beach or even some cenote. I biked to 2 nearby cenote during my visit which were beautiful. There are also some delicious restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Tulum: Tulum itself is gorgeous, safe and I’d definitely revisit. This loft fits the Tulum vibe of positivity and slow living perfectly!

Thank you all for making my first solo vacation wonderful 😊

"A perfectly restorative retreat; just heaven "

The apartments are just lovely, lots of light, lovely calm colours, sumptuous bed linen and divine cosmetics made by local bee keepers.

There are yoga classes for all preferences from hard core Ayenga to gentle Yin and all that flows in between. The teachers are excellent and accommodate novices just as well as experienced practitioners.

The location is perfect, on the edge of a gentle and authentic Mexican town with lots of restaurants serving local and vegetarian cuisine. The studio is also quite near to the big supermarket which has a wonderful range of everything you might want for self catering, including gf produce. We arrived to find a lovely bowl of fruit and chilled coconuts as well as excellent tea and coffee.

There is so much to do locally beyond yoga. We went snorkelling in two different cenotes with a lovely guide and went on a fabulous trip into the ecosphere near by. The archaeology is also fascinating.

The studio is located on the cycle path which is just a 15 minute flat cycle to the beach and the more fancy bars, restaurants and shops. Personally I preferred not staying in the main tourist zone but having easy access to those facilities from time to time.

There is quite enough for people who are not into yoga to do and who knows they may even get into some gentle relaxation in a hammoc if not in the yoga studio.

Above all the staff are so lovely. Joanne could not have been more kind and helpful. Thank you. Xxx

"Counting the days until I can return! Excellent retreat!"

I loved the location, the yoga classes, the diving, the accommodation, but most of all the people who make Tribal Tulum and acuatic Tulum. Joanne is an absolute gem and you can tell she is dedicated to giving everyone the best experience and practice they can have. Leif who took me out for diving was so friendly and I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable and have now been bitten by the diving bug! I took at least one yoga class per day and they were all different, all instructors had different ways of teaching but all nurturing and I was very impressed. I made lots of friends and had the perfect balance of improving my yoga practice and fitness level while also getting to experience the beauty of this region of Mexico and meet new people. The location is great, within walking distance of the city centre and the cycle path makes it all so easy to get to the beach as well. I am a vegetarian as well and ate like a Mayan queen ha ha! The food was incredible! I also have to say, I am thrilled I never had to buy a single plastic water bottle as there was an endless supply of drinking water in each room. I will be going back for sure and bringing friends as this retreat is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for such an unforgettable adventure! Love, peace and Namaste

"Incredibly healing trip!"

Joanne (owner and instructor) is an angel! She makes you feel at home, helps you with recommendations of things to do around the area. I came to Tulum to heal. And this place helped me more than I could imagine. The location is perfect, you can walk to restaurants and downtown if you'd like. The beach is also very accessible by bike (which is provided). I am so excited to go back :)

"A truly wonderful time"

I had an incredibly relaxing, fun few days here. The accommodations are beautiful (my room was more spacious than my little Brooklyn apartment!), and I had everything I needed. Joanne and her team are gracious and generous hosts, and they were available to answer any and all questions. Every yoga class I took was excellent. The level of instruction is exceptional, and there is a variety of yoga styles offered, which allowed me to try some new things (Iyengar and Yin). It's easy to get around on a bike, as the town is bike-friendly and the roads are very flat, so I loved having a bike to use! The nearby beaches are gorgeous, there are a ton of great places to eat, and there are some awesome cenotes within biking distance too. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Guess I'll have to return...!

"Personalized solo yoga getaway "

JoAnne was a terrific host. She helped arrange my transportation to/from Cancun airport which greatly simplified my visit. The loft apartment was really a beautiful space and convenient to the studio. The variety of yoga teachers made the classes very interesting. The furnished bicycle gave me the ability to get to/from the beach/town/ruins on my own schedule for free. I took a trip to a cenote with JoAnne on Sunday afternoon and it was so beautiful. I can't imagine how this trip could have gotten any better.

The classes were all different and all the teachers were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was very specious and has everything you could wish for. The bike you get is very handy as it is quit a ride to the beach, but definitely doable.

"Amazing Experience"

I arrived in Tulum a little bit lost, but immediately felt very grounded at the Tribal Tulum / Acuatic Lofts space. Everyone there was so helpful and positive and the whole experience was excellent. I was not entirely sure what had brought me to Mexico, but the free form and availability of different aspects of this retreat allowed me to explore freediving with a fabulous instructor Esteban.

I also deeply enjoyed all of the yoga sessions I attended, particularly the restorative evening session with Joanne... I will admit to falling asleep during a pose. I ended up getting level 1 certified in freediving which was such an amazing experience, the cenotes we explored and also the easily accessible surrounding sinkholes are truly amazing and must be explored.

The accommodations were outstanding and I was overwhelmed by the feeling of home and personal touches, as well as comfort, that I experienced here! I cannot recommend this studio more highly... I hope to return again soon!

"I loved it...I will definitely be back!"

Joanne is the most hospitable and knowledgeable host and owner of this business and the trip was really made great by her and her care for her guests and clients. The loft and studio are beautifully kept, she made sure I had what I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I also loved the variety of classes that are offered and each of the instructors were individually challenging, skill level and technique-wise, from whom I learned a lot and have a new appreciation and respect for yoga. Added bonus is the ease of booking excursions with Joanne and her team who are knowledgeable with recommendations based on what you want to do. Tribal Tulum is fantastic and I cannot wait to return!

"Can't Wait to Return"

Tribal Yoga Tulum is a magical place. I felt at home with Joanne and her staff; including her dogs Astro and Eh, Tu. I arrived with a warm welcome and my apartment had all the comforts of home. It was clean, cozy and safe and there was fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee waiting for me. My private balcony with my own private hammock allowed me to nap by candlelight. I stayed in loft #2.

I walked up one flight of stairs to practice yoga and the teachers were very knowledgable and attentive. The studio was calm and warm with an amazing cross breeze that was perfect for the experience. All mats and props were provided and in great shape.

The location was close to the beach (20-minute bike ride - the bike is free) and grocery store.

The private rooftop was great for having morning coffee and meditating.

This is my Tulum home away from home and I will be back.

"Amazing space and Amazing People"

Such a well done space! Joanne and Alix and all of the crew were just wonderful people. Very informative whether it was in yoga classes or in the diving lessons. I loved the well designed space of the studio apartment, the delicious food left for breakfast. Such a kind staff at Tribal. Joanne and Barbara made sure I had a vegan lunch, Joanne even road me into town to show me where the restaurant was. She also was kind enough to answer her . phone when I . arrived to provide transpo help. I am not a yogi, but loved the flexibility in levels and the variety of instructors. The dive sites were the best places to get scuba certified (barely even snorkeled) and was happy to have the capability and great/positive/well informed crew of dive instructors. Would def return just to stay here:)

"Tribal Yoga "

I stayed at Tribal Yoga for 8 days, it was a fantastic experience. The loft accommodation was stunning - fully self contained apartment so I could cook and have my own living space. The yoga sessions were top notch. All the instructors added their own style to the classes keeping it interesting and diversifying what was offered. Joanne the owner was particularly personable and welcoming, ensuring she introduced herself when I first arrived and that my stay throughout was going well. On arrival there was also a welcome basket of fresh fruit, vegetables and coconut. Loved it! Definitely hope to return in the near future.

"Beautiful Room..unique experience...lovely people."

I loved the room first and foremost. It was decorated beautifully and felt really luxurious. Lovely little balcony and stunning yoga studio next door. I absolutely loved the meditation on arrival which was on the roof top, what a way to arrive. I had a fantastic Yin class with Joanne which was my favourite class of the trip. We had the opportunity to have a Mayan Cleanse with a local Shaman. It was such an unexpected joy and one of the highlights of our trip. We went to a Temazcal later that week which Joanne helped organise. Just amazing! Esteban's theory, knowledge and passion for Freediving is phenomenal and I loved the Cenote's and especially the last day when we dived underneath Mangrove trees with a crocodile called Panchito not far away. A really unique and educational experience.

"Lovely Stay in Tulum "

I decided to come on this retreat as a gift to myself for finishing school and it was a great experience. The lofts were all beautiful, and the instructors for yoga were always fantastic with correcting posture and remaining true to the practice. The free dive portion of the retreat was also very nice in the cenotes. The instructor Esteban was incredibly understanding and very good with feedback. Thank you Tulum Yoga for a wonderful trip!

"I loved this"

The yoga teachers are all were great and unique. None of the classes felt like the same old yoga. The studio is well decorated, with high quality mats and props available, and beautiful feng shui energy. The rooms are great, too. Very modern, but a bit tropical and zen. The highlight, though, was the free diving. I had no idea how much I would love this sport, and I certainly had no idea I would be capable of such long and deep dives in only a few days. Esteban is the best instructor I’ve had for this sort of thing (better than scuba, skydiving, etc.). He knows the class material, and can see the little things you can correct. He gives simple, easy to follow advice that he catered to each of the three in the class, all of whom developed differently. He combines seriousness with go-with-the-flow vibe, which are the two things you need when free-diving.

I had a really amazing time with the Tribal team and would highly recommend it. Some of the highlights included:

* Great location (close to town, close to the beach)

* All the little details were taken care of (fresh fruit upon arrival, free access to bikes, very friendly / helpful staff, etc.)

* A wide range of yoga classes with really great teachers

Cant go wrong!

"the blessings of Tulum"

My visit to Tulum was a very sweet and rich experience. I felt very welcomed, safe and held by the folks at Tribal Tulum. The facilities are beautiful. The People are so warm and heart felt. The yoga instruction was beautifully paired with the Free Diving instruction. The blending of the two experiences, with their common thread of the breath, was brilliant. Joanne and Esteban both brought so many little touches of care and wisdom to their instruction and guidance. I feel very blessed to have meet them. It was a moment of a life time.

"A wonderful yoga community"

Tribal Yoga is an amazing place to get away from the chaos of everyday life and immerse yourself in Yoga and Tulum. You will be challenged but you will also have a lot of fun along the way. Rooms are huge and light, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, about 10 min from the beach by bike.

Yoga studio was right next to my room (Loft 4) super easy to just wake up and get there, people are coming from different hotels for the classes and have to ride back. Yoga teachers are amazing, tried some new for me practices during staying and was surprised how flexible you can be just by following the correct steps. Did diving in a cenotes for the first time ever, it was great. Would highly recommend this place!

Jackie Simmons

"Wonderful place for a personal yoga retreat"

The loft was great - very spacious, bright and clean. There was a kitchen stocked with coffee and basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc., a large bed (note: with a very soft mattress), a pull out sofa, a patio with a hammock, a nice bathroom with a heavenly locally made Mayan honey shampoo and body wash.

I really enjoyed the beautiful yoga studio and went to every class offered during my stay, which meant morning vinyasa or flow class, sometimes followed by an iyengar class and then an evening restorative or iyengar class. It was nice to practice many different styles of yoga, and all the classes were taught by knowledgeable teachers who made an effort to create a warm community. The studio has everything you need and the props are plentiful and in good condition.

A bicycle rental is included and it was easy to bike 15 minutes to the public beach or rent a beach chair at a nearby hotel. The bike ride back for evening class was always shady and a good way to warm up for restorative poses.

This was an ideal way to have a solo vacation because it was easy to do my own thing, as well as meet other travelers. Also, Joanne, the owner, is a gem of a human being. Every single interaction with her added a brightness to the day. You can tell she is thoughtful about every detail and attentive to any concern. I highly recommend Tribal Yoga and hope to return to again.

"Excellent teachers, beautiful apartment"

The yoga retreat was amazing. The teachers are really well trained and know how to adapt postures to your possibilities (definitely not what I sometimes call the "lululemon yoga babe teacher type"). The apartment was beautiful, super comfy bed, and had a kitchen. We cooked most of the time ourselves, there's a supermarket across the street so we could get plenty of fruit and veggies. There are tons of restaurants in case you don't want to cook.

"Release Restore and Rejuvenate "

For self celebration of right foot hardware removal, and cessation of chronic pain following 3 surgeries in 2 years, I traveled alone to Tribal Tulum. I felt safe and well cared for! I attended 12 yoga classes in 6 days--5 different, fabulous instructors helped create a peaceful and nourishing practice. My last class ended with Flavio playing amazing beautiful music from his flute, a stunning magical ending. I also did 7 dives in 6 days, 6 in the amazing Cenote caves and 1 beautiful reef dive. I tried free-diving one day and quickly learned that I wanted my tank back, I am thankful for the experience. The dive guides and all the staff who cared for me were well-trained and highly qualified. I had my own bike for the week and could venture out as much as I wanted. My transportation was well-planned and seemless. I will be returning!

"Worth a second trip!"

I stayed at Tribal Tulum last year for 7 days and liked it so much I went back again this year. It has many wonderful teachers, each with their own style. Classes are fresh and fun, and never boring. You are able to pick the classes that suit you, and challenge yourself at the same time. The schedule leaves you the freedom to explore the town and enjoy the beach. I especially enjoyed being able to bike to wherever I wanted to go.

The accommodations are very comfortable, with all the conveniences you could ask for!

"a beautiful and chill vacation"

I really enjoyed the staff at Acuatic Tulum, they were very helpful and friendly. There were different yoga classes and instructors each day, the variety was very welcome. The location is on a main street between the beach and town so it made it easy to get to both. It is close to a vegetarian restaurant called Co.con Amor that was an easy and delicious spot to get to. I hope to make it back for another week get-away.

Tribal Tulum is central: to town, beach, food, grocery store. You’re literally on the bike path. The yoga was awesome and I can be critical. My non yogi husband even went to class solo!!!

The staff are super nice and helpful. Joanne was a fountain of info and quite the hostess. We stayed onsite. It was clean, bright, all we needed was there for us. ESP the bikes! You won’t regret the trip at all.

Joanne was an excellent host. She checked to make sure everything was ok thought my stay, and gave great suggestions about what to do. "Thoughtfulness expressed in myriad ways"

My accommodation was beautiful, full of natural light and fresh air. The hammock on the patio lulled me to a long nap every afternoon.

The basket of fruit, the jug of potable water, the canister of coffee all conveyed a thoughtful hospitality not commonly experienced in other tourist settings.

The teachers were light-hearted and kind, yet I learned a great deal about alignment and was able to try poses I had not thought possible.

The use of the bikes to roam the neighborhood was again an expression of thoughtfulness.

I loved the the space the location and the people and Joanne her husband everything about it. It's exactly what I needed. A large room with a full kitchen, my own little getaway hammock in a private terrace, The studio located right next to my room where I could use the space at any time if there were no classes being held.

The location was perfect, 15 minute bike ride to the public or hotel beaches and 10 minute walk to town. A supermarket no more than a 3 minute walk across the street as well as a few restaurants next door but not so close that there is a flurry of people around.

The bed was so comfortable and having the option of air conditioning is a plus especially when your coming back from the beach and am need of it.

The aquatic scuba, snorkeling store below was a treat as I didn't have to go anywhere if I wanted to take a special dive.

Joanne made it so welcoming that she catered to each of her guests needs and even organized a Telmezcal ceremony for us to attend. When I arrived she had offered to take me around town and show me special places to eat. She introduced me to another single guest and we wound up spending the whole time exploring together.

I'm planning on returning again in February.

"Relaxing, inspirational stay! Highly recommend!!"

I found this to be the perfect spot for yogis that are looking for a laid-back and less touristy vibe. Tulum is a great sized city where anything is accessible by bike. Joanne is wonderful and gave great recommendations for places to visit, to eat, and to relax. The yoga classes and instructors were great as well. In the few days we were there, we tried 4 different kinds of yoga (including Iyengar) and experienced our first sound bath. Truly a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to visit Tribal Tulum again soon!

Everything is perfect here.. Yoga classes, the loft, the location, beaches, the town.. I am so glad I picked this place. This is exactly what I need in vacation.

Tribal Yoga is a beautiful studio surrounded by trees and birds. Teachers are all great and staff there are friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, closed to the biggest supermarket in the area and everything else is pretty much accessible with a bike which is included if you stay at the loft. The room is clean, has kitchen and AC.. simple yet beautifully decorated.

I enjoyed every moment while I was there. Thank you very much Joanne, Orlando, Leif, Esteban, Marianne! I can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

"Space for the soul"

There are so many wonderful aspects about Tribal Yoga Acuatic Lofts. Firstly, it's located in the middle of everything- short distance to center of town, beach, ruins, cenotes, restaurants, bars, cenotes, etc. Diving, snorkeling, seeing ruins, visiting the biosphere, going to a Text Mezcal, and having so many different kinds of yoga are all offered here. The most special aspect of this place is really the kindness and care of the staff and the owners. Meeting and spending time with each of them daily makes this place feel like a second home. The yoga instructors are fantastic too. The positive energy place is embracing and soothing. It stands out for me as those I have met, who work and come to stay, have made me want to be a better person. That doesn't usually happen when on holiday. I'm forever grateful.

I really liked the location of the hotel and everything it included. I got a nice big room with a water dispenser, fridge, and private bathroom. The rooms are on the second floor and the yoga studio is on the third floor. I really like the variety of classes that were available.

"Tribal yoga, Tulum une place à visiter! "

from United States,

Two Thumbs Up!! I loved my stay at Tribal Yoga Tulum! I wish I had booked for longer because it took me four days to get over the fear of riding my bike. But Marianna talked me through it and I managed to wobble around town. The dive shop offers snorkeling tours of the cenotes. We went to Dos Ojos and it was amazing!! I don't know how to describe it really but it's like a fresh waterway in a cave and it's even a bit chilly. Intrepid people actually scuba dive for miles underground in them! And just for the record, Joanne's partner, Alex, discovered the oldest human remains in the Americas in one of the cenotes. How cool is that?? I noticed that one review complained about noise but the windows do close and you have AC. And if you don't hear a rooster crowing, you're probably not in Mexico. I slept like a baby. I hardly used the AC because there was always a breeze. The bed was gigantic, would easily sleep a family of four. Nice fridge and kitchen area and the grocery store is very close. I got a chance to practice my very limited Spanish. I took most of the classes offered. I highly recommend the Iyengar one taught by Eugenia. It's all about precision and alignment and you can even hang upside down against the wall. I loved the vinyasa flow classes and took my first yin yoga class ever. Joanne was out of town for most of my stay but I was lucky to meet her on my last day. She runs a top notch place. She has surrounded herself with an awesome staff, all very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would I do it again? Hell, yeah! I'm serious about yoga but didn't want a place where you meditate 18 hours a day. This was just what I needed--quality yoga with lots of free time to enjoy the area.

from Canada,

Owners, People and Teachers were great. I appreciated them a lot, and they were helpful when I was in trouble. 5 Stars.

Honestly I would however say that I had real trouble sleeping, as the place was noisy (roosters, construction, parties, dogs barking, trucks, vendors with speakers and horns). I would suggest they arrange for windows to be closable in the rooms and toilets. I could make a significant difference at no-fortune cost. I also noted that the price of the room was higher than other places in the city.

The city of Tulum is wonderful. The beach, ambiance, culture are so great I might very likely come back.

Deborah Bradford

from Canada,

Exceeded my expectations. Joanne was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable - king bed, huge bright windows, kitchenette ( with a blender!) and seating. Cool water shower. The area is very quiet ( for Mexico). No clubs or loud bars close by. Lots of great food in the area including a vegan ice cream truck, and vegetarian place (2 min.) Huge grocery store (10 min.) and a 30 min. walk to the beach. Or use their bikes to get around. There are 2-3 yoga classes a day with all the equipment you need. Classes are small 6 - 12 people. The teachers were really welcoming. Classes are in English. The vibe is laid back, cool, and friendly. Think natural environment, soft incense and gentle music.

The little buses (collectivo) connecting Tulum with other towns, denotes, beaches, and ruins are within walking distance and there are lots of really cheap taxis. I joined the dive shop downstairs for an amazing snorkeling trip. There is so much to see and do in the area, and none of it is expensive. I wish I had booked for longer, and will certainly return.

"I loved my yoga retreat at Tribal Tulum."

I loved my yoga retreat at Tribal Tulum. I stayed in one of the apartments next to the studio. It was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the convenience of just walking upstairs to the studio. The yoga instructors were all really good and each class I took was unique. Each morning I took a 90-minute class, then spent the afternoon at the beach and then returned for a 90-minute evening class before dinner. It was perfect.Everyone at Tribal Tulum was helpful. I highly recommend this place. I'd give it a 10.

from Canada,

It is with my heart full of love and a tear in my eye that I have left Tulum Tribal yoga and diving school last Monday.

Joanne, her partner and her team are just nice, welcoming people sharing the joy of life.

If you wish to combine yoga, rest and snorkeling or diving, it is the place to go.

The village of Tulum, its ruins, beach and surroundings are also worth visiting.

Thank you,

Mary Almada

Tribal Yoga Tulum is warm, welcoming, and laid-back. The accommodations are unpretentious and just what you need for a stay in Tulum. Joanne is a fantastic host and very helpful from start to finish. There is a variety of classes offered each day, and the studio is sunny and breezy, with large windows looking out onto treetops. Perfect for a relaxing, reconnecting getaway!

from United States,

My sister and I spent six days (five nights) at Tribal Yoga Tulum. We loved it! The room was spacious, new and modern, very attractive and included everything we wanted including kitchen facilities and an outside deck. We were on the second floor and enjoyed a lovely view of trees. The room had windows on three sides so we had a wonderful cross breeze and only needed to use the air conditioning occasionally.

We made breakfast and lunch in our room and enjoyed eating at local cafes for our evening mealsThe day we arrived, Joanne had fruit and coffee available.

The yoga classes were WONDERFUL. Each teacher provided something unique.

We appreciated that bicycles were provided. The bike ride to the beach took about 15 minutes and is an easy ride because of the wide, cement bike paths.

I highly recommend Tribal Yoga Tulum. Joanne and all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is very well located as the grocery is a 5 minute walk, there are restaurants and travel companies very nearby. The room was spacious, super clean, well equipped. With a breeze you don't need to use the air conditioning. They outfit you with a bike and the beach and ruins are a ten minute ride away. No need for a car. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The yoga classes were great. Many different classes and styles. The yoga equipment is clean, up to date and they have every prop you need. Loved the teachers. Lots to do and see. Recommend highly.

Emilie Wood

from Sydney,

I stayed with Tribal Yoga and had an amazing experience. The yoga instructors were so knowledgeable, kind and passionate. I learned so much about my body in my short stay. It's a really positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. I will definitely be coming back. I also did scuba diving in a Cenote (my first time) and again, just as the yoga teachers, the instructor was so comforting and knowledgeable.

from Netherlands,
