My wife and I stopped by Tres Sirenas for a mini-honeymoon in November and I can't say enough great things about it. Just lovely. It was 17 steps from my door to the sea. It's quiet and secluded, but close enough to the town and walking distance to other hotel/restaurant/bars where you aren't secluded. After the first day, we extended our stay an additional day because we couldn't bear the thought of leaving. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Once you've decided to "escape" from San Juan and its hotels along the Carolina strip, Tres Sirenas B&B is the place that you should want to land. It's high-end and intimate; clean and quiet, and located directly on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The owner is at the hotel every day, and she clearly takes pride in both the facility itself, and in making her guests comfortable.Located on one of the best sections of beach, in the sleepy town of Rincon, Tres Sirenas sits almost directly on the sand. Taking a morning swim, before the staff serves you a healthy breakfast on your own balcony, is just a matter of walking down a few steps. There's actually a attractive swimming pool in the hotel courtyard.I never saw anyone swim in it. A clean sand beach with no morning waves (flat like glass) was just too easy. The hotel owner, Lisa, knows the area and tries to get to know her guests for their likes and dislikes. She clearly understands when a couple is trying to enjoy a romantic getaway, and only makes suggestions when asked. The hotel seems to provide equipment for water activities - mostly paddle boards and snorkeling gear.Less than a mile away by water (farther by road), there's , snorkeling gear Only real missing high-end piece was the lack of wi-fi, However, nearby (250 meters away) is the Backup Computer Shop and Internet Cafe. If you have computer needs, even just checking mail, go there.Note: AT&T mobile service was better than Verizon in this area. My wife and I happened to just miss the school vacation period (darn it, he says, sarcastically), and the Rincon area was not at all crowded. Exploring beaches, restaurants and other farther-away beaches was fun (and a GPS was crucial). We'll be back to this B&B next year.

If you are planning a trip to Puerto Rico and not staying here a few nights you are missing out! My wife and I found this hotel last year on our honeymoon and just returned last week. We like to stay in several different places on the island to get the full experience. We prefer hotels of this size to the resorts.Lisa and her staff are great and the breakfast that is included is the best you will have on the island! I can't say enough good things about this property. Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality and don't change a thing!!

Tres Sirenas is located at one of the best beaches in Rincon, PR. The Inn is spectacular and the views are breathtaking. The inn is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers the perfect space for families. Breakfast is delicious... And nothing better than having your morning coffee hearing the waves and just looking at endless beach. Lisa and her staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. This is the second time we stay at the inn. My family and I are from the island, so believe me when I say this is the best place to stay. We definitely consider Tres Sirenas our Home Away from Home.

My husband and I just returned to snowy Canada from a 10-day stay at Tres Sirenas. The setting was spectacular, right on the beach. The accommodation was luxurious without being pretentious ~ all good taste and good quality furnishings. The service was exceptional ~ lovely people cooking and cleaning, and looking after the property, who were proud of and loyal to the place and had been working there for many years. The owner, Lisa Brown, was wonderful, and gave us all kinds of information on where to eat, what to see, and how to get the most out of our stay. The beach was quiet, uncrowded, and went as far as the eye could see in both directions. Tres Sirenas had a lovely shade tree leaning onto the beach which was perfect, too.The breakfasts were included, and were delicious, and always accompanied by a fresh, petite tropical flower arrangement on our outdoor, private table for two, overlooking the beach. There was a convenient supply of DVDs and books which we could borrow, so the days of reading on the beach were followed by evenings of movie -viewing in our room. The free WiFi was very nice to have, too.Beach chairs and towels were included at no extra cost. We could have used kayaks and paddle boards, too. There was air-conditioning, but also ceiling fans which we preferred so we could hear the soothing sound of the surf. If we needed a snack or lunch it was a short walk to the end of the block for home-made pizza or skewers of chicken, pork or fish, which we ate on our porch overlooking the ocean.A beach bar and restaurant were just a short stroll away down the beach. There was a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, to add to the day's enjoyment. Our accommodation included a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (all overlooking the glorious view of the ocean) and a bathroom with a tub. We did not see an insect of any kind the whole time we were staying at Tres Sirenas. We loved every aspect of our vacation, and will be returning.

Stayed here for a week with 2 teenagers. We rented both ocean rooms and loved every bit of Tres Sirenas. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast food was incredible and the views were fantastic. Location is great and within walking distance to a pool bar for happy hour and delicious fish tacos! Close to the surf beaches and the Surf787 staff was excellent with our surf lessons. Cannot wait to go back again!!! Best vacation ever!

Couldn't have found a better place to stay. Wouldn't go back to Puerto Rico again without staying here. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and right on the beach within an easy walk of three restaurants. Kayaks and paddle boards available for use.

My parents have been staying here for years, always returning home raving about their stay, then endless relaxation, and amazing accomodations and service offered by Lisa, Harry, and Tres Sirenas. I was finally able to join them for a few days on their last stay, and they were not exaggerating!Firstly, the location is perfect: right on the beach, you wake up to the sound of the ocean, secluded yet walking distance to town, and beautifully appointed. Lisa doesn't miss a step when it comes to the smallest details and soothing decor. Breakfast is delicious! You are treated like family, and quite frankly, Tres Sirenas is now part of our family. My family and I travel there twice a year, and we are very much looking forward to our stay in April! If you haven't traveled here yet, you are seriously missing out!

There are words for a place like this. Amazing, peaceful, perfect, wonderful, paradise, romantic. And that doesn't being to cover it. First Rincon is the perfect little beach town and this is the perfect place to stay. Staff is second to none, food is scrumptious, accommodations extremely comfortable. This is what dream vacations are made of.

We stayed here for 3 days while on our honeymoon. It's for sure one of the nicest places in Rincon for the price and has a really nice vibe. We spent 2 entire days doing absolutely nothing just reading our books under the big tree over looking the ocean and loved every minute of it. If you are more into water sports, make sure to rent a car as there are tons of things to do within a 5-10min drive. The rooms are well maintained and that staff and owner are very friendly
