Mandy started her own yoga practice about six years ago. She had practiced Hatha, Akhanda, Hot yoga, Moksha, Yin, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles. Just when Mandy needed it most in hindsight, she decided to take a teacher training. She is now a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.
