Prenatal Yoga Course in Italy

This yoga for pregnancy course provides an integral approach to the safe and practical application of yoga asanas, pranayama, mantras, and meditation during pregnancy. You will learn to teach holistic yoga classes especially designed for all Prenatal and Post-natal stages of pregnancy. This course is intended for yoga teachers who already have a 200-hour certification, midwives, and other health care providers working with pregnant women.

During this course, you will be staying at Borgo di Colleoli in Italy. Located in the rolling green hills of Tuscany just 45 minutes from Florence and less than 30 minutes from Pisa. Accommodations will be in a double room with views over the olive groves. The agriturismo has a swimming pool and cafe.


This program aims to bring the potential for transformation and healing into the lives of expectant mothers and their babies.
