The retreat venue was lovely, the food was incredible, so tasty and fresh, the setting was tranquil and peaceful. The yoga room gave us such an inspirational view to contemplate. The only downside for me was that it was just too hot! I like your yoga and the way you guide us, allowing us to set our own pace. I like the way you encourage us to listen to our bodies so that we can work out how much or little we need to do for ourselves. I like the way you allow us to choose which variation of pose we can do and chose to just lie down if we want to. The way you organized our days was good too; there was time to wander, chat, or whatever, as well as to participate in the yoga, meditation, and breathing. Some retreats look more like boot camp and quite scary; I really liked that your retreat was so laid back, with even wine at supper! Perhaps purists would be a bit surprised, but then I do not think that would really suit me at all. I loved sharing food with women and hearing all the stories of women’s lives. So a very big thank you and I am saving for the next one!
