Pivoting her focus onto deep and reflective self-development Naz has since expanded and has a thriving coaching business specialising in women’s empowerment, self-love and relationships. She now brings her wealth of knowledge and coaching to Tonic’s retreat offerings, helping to ensure that each experience is transformation and empowering for everyone/
As an experienced Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher with a knack for pitching sessions just at the right level of challenging, Pip will help you get the most out of your daily yoga practice. Thanks to her passion for electronic and house music, none of her classes would be complete without a curated soundtrack to get the vibes flowing. Trained by Brian Cooper of Union Yoga (200-hour RYT), she has recently practiced under the guidance of John Scott, David Keil, and Dena Kingsberg, sharing their ethos and teachings in her classes. She is warm, witty, and great to be around.
