    The retreat accommodation is on site and shared between the two houses and the en-suite annex. The main house is just five years old and sleeps up to six people sharing. Three large double-bed rooms are facilitated with one family bathroom with bath and shower. One room has its own small en-suite (toilet and hand basin).

    Large upstairs lounge area and terrace area are overlooking the mountain. The communal areas are cleaned daily. The smaller gite is able to accommodate up to four people (it can be five if friends sharing). It has ample lounge space and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Also, TK Yoga Retreat has one further en-suite annex that can sleep for two persons.

    This retreat will be led by Tina Brewer. It is designed to bring awareness and a deep heartfelt connection with the mind, body, and spirit. Furthermore, this retreat is suitable for all levels and specially created to empower and inspire persons who love of yoga and is living a yogic lifestyle. You will empower and strengthen your body with daily yoga, learn to quieten the busy mind with yoga Nidra, visualization, and relaxation techniques designed to heal, and balance the inner realms. Last but not least, you will also learn to release stress and anxiety with the Caitanya Healing workshops.

    Caitanya Healing workshop

    Caitanya Healing will draw together all of the complexities that dwell within into consciousness so that you might practice together the art of truly being present in each moment in order to bring forth an abundant joyful and free mindset. In a free state, your body can begin to heal and the energy replenished. It will be taking you through each chakra to release any emotional issues or traumas to balance the body and mind.

      Tina trained in Hatha yoga but incorporates a range of disciplines into a very healing experience. Tina also practices Zen and is an experienced teacher of many years.

    The retreat venue is quietly situated in the mountains and just out of the village of Saint Gervais-sur-Mare which is in the beautiful region of the Languedoc. The venue is just on the edge of the national park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The area is famous for many things and is part of the famous pilgrimage route to Compostela in Spain.

    Furthermore, the venue is behind ancient stone walls and at the foot of its own mountain. You will have free time to walk, rest, swim, and enjoy peace. You may also wish to go horse riding or sample the local wine at the Cafe in the village.

    Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served during this retreat. All meals are vegetarian and made with organic, locally-sourced fruit and vegetables as far as possible. The smoothies are made with fresh ingredients daily. Please advise TK Yoga Retreat any allergies and intolerances prior to arrival. Furthermore, the meals are designed to nourish your body, please your eyes, and ignite your taste buds.

    Every meal is made from scratch on site and designed to meet your daily vitamin, mineral, and calorific needs. TK Yoga Retreat does believe that you should be free to experience the local wines as part of your evening meal. TK Yoga Retreat also understands that you might want to eat out at the local bar or restaurant so the cook is flexible, encouraging and, happy to meet your needs.

    Arrival by airplane

    Please book your flight to arrive at Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.

    Airport collection and return can be arranged with a local driver if needed. The transfer cost from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR) is 40 EUR each way and it will take 50 minutes’ drive from the retreat. Furthermore, from Carcassonne Airport (CCF) and Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport (MPL), the transfers cost around 80 EUR each way in an hour and 45 minutes’ drive to the retreat. TK Yoga Retreat recommends Ryanair or Easyjet for your flight.

    • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date.
    • The rest of the payment should be paid 65 days before arrival.
