Titan Fitness Thailand comprises of a yoga program with top-notch facilities in paradise with the best set of instructors to guide, teach, and help you reach your goals. The retreat includes accommodation in a standard room. This modern room has a double-size bed, private balcony, cable television, and private bathroom.

Through the week, you will have the opportunity to do Ashtanga yoga, Dynamic Flow yoga, and Hot power yoga. You will be offered the best yoga practices in Phuket two to three times daily. Ashtanga yoga will be a bite-sized and beginner-friendly version of the primary series. The practice will be strong with emphasis on your upper body and core. The dynamic flow will offer Vinyasa classes, connecting breath with movement, while moving through asanas in a dynamic and fluid way.

Hot power yoga will comprise of Vinyasa style class, heated to 38 degrees. There is a strong emphasis on core and this has a similar concept to interval training as it matches high intensity with slow. Bikram express will consist of a 60-minute long Bikram class covering all 26 postures but only repeating the standing sequence.

Two classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 07:30 to 18:00. On Tuesday and Thursday, there will be an extra class at 09:30, on Saturday at 09:30 and Sunday will be a rest day. The program covers unlimited yoga sessions, with beach training and Zumba fitness. With two or three runs daily, and an access to a three story air-conditioned gym, the retreat offers a comprehensive program. There is an optional seven-day detox program that could be taken up.

    Kim Lindholm is the founder and owner of Titan Fitness Thailand. He is a level 1 crossfit trainer, personal trainer, and TRX trainer. He is an expert in functional training and olympic weight lifting.

  • Karim Carlman

    Karim Carlman is a personal trainer and nutritionist. He is an expert in diet, fitness, and body building. He has 20 years of experience in the training and fitness industry. He holds a degree form Swedish University of Sports and Health Science in nutrition and training science.

The retreat takes place in the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand.

Three meals will be served per day. Nutrition is the key to your goal whatever it may be. Gluten, caffeine, dairy, sugar, and alcohol fuel people's lives. These addictions can be broken and new paths can be forged. It is incredibly easy to eat healthy at the retreat, while catering to your nutritional requirements. There will be no processed foods, only fresh cooked meals made with the best quality ingredients.

The meals include healthy pasta dishes, salads, omelets, steaks, yogurt and muesli, oatmeal, sweet potato, healthy black rice, and Thai food.

    "Just finished 2 weeks at Titan! First impressions are hard to change but not only was the complex (yes they have a gym/yoga/assault course/outside crossfit area) amazing to top it off they have some serious trainers. I knew I was in for some serious workouts when Mitch (head trainer) pushed me as hard as I’d been in 5 years on the first day. Always with a smile but more importantly an awareness of my abilities Mitch and team are the reason I am coming back to train again. Want to push yourself with great people then this is the place. Big shout to Mitch Fry he helped me find new limits. Keep up the great work!"

    "Very helpful, front desk staff are great - we didn’t want to commit to the classes and group training, so just got a basic gym one month only membership (mainly as we weren’t here for a training holiday) with decent price too."

    "The facilities are very good and really clean, the weights area is excellent plenty of room and aircon. It would be nice if the squat racks and bench press had safety catches (they might of though and I just didn’t see them)."

    "Only downside is that the cardio room has over half the equipment not working and on the second floor, only one treadmill is working."

    "For those who are nearby and only want basic gym stuff or just to maintain strength (or get more) I would recommend this place, but I think anyone who is going to Phuket to get in proper shape, 100% go for the classes they look brilliant and people get proper fit. We were there in low season so it's not as busy."

    "I have just returned home from three months at Titan Fitness. I could not have had a better experience nor could I fault the place. Everything from the staff, gym, trainers, restaurant, classes (big variety), and accommodation was exceptional and there is such an awesome atmosphere in the place! I have never been fitter and the results I achieved were more than I expected - I highly recommend this camp to anyone. To have witnessed what I did, and to hear what is yet to come from Titan - I will definitely be returning."

    "Stayed for one week only, but wished I'd booked for longer. Most people are there for four to eight weeks. Big variety of fitness classes and styles to suit everyone. Also able to try Mai Thai and UFC fighting if that's what you're into. Food at the Healths Kitchen was the best I had in Thailand and catered for calorie counting and re-fueling. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and organized lots for everyone. Highly recommend this."

    "I just came back home after spending five weeks in Chalong training with Titan Fitness and I loved every minute of it. I bought the Titan transformation program in advance including accommodation in the fantastic penthouse room in the Little Hill Resort next to the gym. Since the beginning, Titan's GM, Philippe, has been very kind and welcoming, managing during the whole time to accommodate any extra request I had. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly and will push you to give your best while at the same time support you and make you feel like you are among friends. The atmosphere was great in every single training. In particular my personal trainer Pete has been instrumental in making me achieve trough the training and through his meal plan, results that I never thought I could achieve. In five weeks of hard but fun training, I managed to shed 10 kilograms while at the same time gaining an estimated two to three kilograms of muscles. So, I came back home stronger than ever and without the belly I had left with. If you want to get some results, have fun, and make good friends, Titan Fitness is for you!"
