The retreat includes accommodation in a standard room. This modern room has a double-size bed, private balcony, cable television, and private bathroom.
Through the week, you will have the opportunity to do Ashtanga yoga, Dynamic Flow yoga, and Hot power yoga. You will be offered the best yoga practices in Phuket two to three times daily. Ashtanga yoga will be a bite-sized and beginner-friendly version of the primary series. The practice will be strong with emphasis on your upper body and core. The dynamic flow will offer Vinyasa classes, connecting breath with movement, while moving through asanas in a dynamic and fluid way.
Hot power yoga will comprise of Vinyasa style class, heated to 38 degrees. There is a strong emphasis on core and this has a similar concept to interval training as it matches high intensity with slow. Bikram express will consist of a 60-minute long Bikram class covering all 26 postures but only repeating the standing sequence.
Two classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 07:30 to 18:00. On Tuesday and Thursday, there will be an extra class at 09:30, on Saturday at 09:30 and Sunday will be a rest day. The program covers unlimited yoga sessions, with beach training and Zumba fitness. With two or three runs daily, and an access to a three story air-conditioned gym, the retreat offers a comprehensive program. There is an optional seven-day detox program that could be taken up.
Kim Lindholm is the founder and owner of Titan Fitness Thailand. He is a level 1 crossfit trainer, personal trainer, and TRX trainer. He is an expert in functional training and olympic weight lifting.
Karim Carlman is a personal trainer and nutritionist. He is an expert in diet, fitness, and body building. He has 20 years of experience in the training and fitness industry. He holds a degree form Swedish University of Sports and Health Science in nutrition and training science.
The retreat takes place in the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand.
Three meals will be served per day. Nutrition is the key to your goal whatever it may be. Gluten, caffeine, dairy, sugar, and alcohol fuel people's lives. These addictions can be broken and new paths can be forged. It is incredibly easy to eat healthy at the retreat, while catering to your nutritional requirements. There will be no processed foods, only fresh cooked meals made with the best quality ingredients.
The meals include healthy pasta dishes, salads, omelets, steaks, yogurt and muesli, oatmeal, sweet potato, healthy black rice, and Thai food.
Please book your flight to arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT). Transfer from the airport is included. The organizer will pick you up from the airport.
