Spending time in the great outdoors is a true treasure to experience wonderful benefits for body, mind, and soul. Paddleboarding is the fastest-growing water sport in Scotland for many reasons. You will be travelling on the loch or a suitable section of the river, ensuring the adventure is available to all. A guided adventure with a qualified instructor, offering experiences that ease your development of the activity. Yoga will be tailored to the group drawing on a combination of yoga styles. Paddleboarding sessions and yoga practice are suitable for all abilities and experiences. All that is required is a smile.
The guest suites are classically furnished and sympathetically styled to ensure a comfortable stay. Seven private bedrooms are en-suite and the beds can be configured to one king-size bed or twin beds. There are an additional three private rooms with double beds with access to a large shared shower room. The house provides complimentary Wi-Fi, a full complement of towels.

As a busy mum of two, Tina strongly believes that just a few minutes of yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to your life. Tina’s classes will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment, and connect your mind, body, and breath. A Physical Education Teacher in Secondary Schools for 23 years, Tina strongly believes in creating inclusive and welcoming classes for all. A lover of travel, Tina runs annual yoga retreats to beautiful and exotic Kenya, a place close to her heart.
Dave Girling has worked in the outdoors for 25 years, his career culminating in the privilege of writing and program leading a Bachelor of Arts in Outdoor Education at the University of Highlands and Islands. Dave has a client-centered approach to his work, and it is extremely lucky to have someone with so much experience leading the adventurous activity retreats.

Daily hearty breakfasts, Friday and Saturday's supper, as well as Saturday's lunch, are included in the price. Meals are vegetarian. Herbal teas, snacks, and soft drinks are also provided. If you fancy a glass of wine with dinner, feel free to bring your own. No charge for corkage.
Nutrition is a vital part of any retreat and the Fernbank team loves food. By preparing and cooking local, seasonal foods, they can guarantee your meals are fresh, wholesome, and delicious. Please contact Tina Logan Yoga Retreats if you have any special dietary requirements. She can happily look after you without you missing out on any treats providing they know in advance.
