This weekend is designed to align you with the changing energies of nature and the seasons and will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. Through our yoga practice, we will focus on physical strength and flexibility to find balance, harmony and a sense of wellbeing.
The guest suites are classically furnished and sympathetically styled to ensure a comfortable stay. All bedrooms are en-suite, with complimentary tea and coffee facilities, colour TV, crisp cotton linen, clock radio/docking station, and hairdryer. The house provides complimentary Wi-Fi, a full complement of toiletries and towels.
As a busy mum of two, Tina strongly believes that just a few minutes of yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony to your life. Tina’s classes will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment, and connect your mind, body, and breath. A Physical Education Teacher in Secondary Schools for 23 years, Tina strongly believes in creating inclusive and welcoming classes for all. A lover of travel, Tina runs annual yoga retreats to beautiful and exotic Kenya, a place close to her heart.

Daily hearty breakfasts, Friday and Saturday's supper, as well as Saturday's lunch are included in the price. Meals are vegetarian. Herbal teas, snacks, and soft drinks are also provided.
Nutrition is a vital part of any retreat and the Fernbank team love food. By preparing and cooking local, seasonal foods, they can guarantee your meals are fresh, wholesome and delicious. The meals served on our winter retreat will boost your immune system, give you energy and maintain your vitamin levels. Please book your flight to arrive at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) or Glasgow Airport (GLA). Transfer from and to the airport is possible by train or bus. Travel time takes about one hour and 45 minutes.
