"You need to book this retreat!"
Oh my goodness! What an amazing weekend! Yoga and canoeing with Tina and Dave who were the most gracious hosts. From the moment I arrived, I was looked after and made to feel so very welcome. We stayed in the beautiful Fern bank house B&B, the rooms were beautiful and the meals so yummy and wholesome. We were blessed with some of Aberfeldys best weather and enjoyed a full day of canoeing on loch Tay, with lunch out on an island followed by yoga on a beach. Sunday was a river canoe with a half way stop on a river bank for breakfast. The weekend was pure self care and I’m so glad I booked. Now looking to return in 2025!

"Absolutely fantastic!"
This Yoga and Summer Hiking retreat was absolutely fantastic. Everything was very well organised and looked after. The hosts were very accommodating with the dietary requirements and everything else. Yoga classes were held in the garden and was truly wonderful for all levels of yogis. There was a walk/hike planned for every day around local area and the views were truly stunning. I would highly recommend it!

"Friendly, supportive teaching in a beautiful setting"
There was so much to like about this retreat. Tina is a great host as well as a supportive and kind teacher. She brought in other teachers to give us different experiences and provided lots of opportunities to get to know the local area. The accommodation was very comfortable, the decor very tasteful and the food delicious.

Tina was the perfect host - from helping us organise our complex travel arrangements, making delicious homemade meals, and the general warmth she exudes - the weekend was truly wonderful.
The yoga was great for all abilities (without the competitevness I've experienced elsewhere), and Tina helped me work around some injuries, ensuring I still got the best out of my experience. The paddleboarding with Chris was also unforgettable. I think everyone left a true convert to SUP! Again, in a mixed ability group, each person felt catered for and looked after, and we all got the most out of the experience.

"Fantastic yoga retreat in the heartlands of Scotland"
Tina's yoga retreat is perfect for anyone travelling in a group or alone, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Booked as a birthday present for myself by my husband I was a bit apprehensive as to what to expect, no need to have worried, I throughly enjoyed the experience. A fantastic way to explore yoga, whether you are a novice or have done yoga before, you will find this retreat lets you try a few yoga styles, we did flow and Yin practice. Incorporated into the weekend was a beautiful nature walk and a sound bath, as well as great food and a brilliant breakfast cooked. by the lovely Fiona. Will be back soon, probably with a group of friends for a tailored experience. Tina can organise activities to suit your needs, so I am thinking of a girlie catch up weekend with the hot box experience and perhaps some wild swimming, along with the yoga !
