    During this retreat you can choose between a single or a double room, some with ensuite bathrooms and balconies, others with shared bathrooms. The house has a swimming pool and wonderful sun terrace for soaking up the Italian sun and the calm of the countryside.

    This gorgeous 18th century masseria is situated in the heart of the Pugliese countryside and has been beautifully and tastefully restored with great attention to detail. The style of the masseria is very much that of a house party rather than a hotel, you will be made to feel relaxed and welcome as if you are staying with good friends.

    At the beginning of the retreat you will have a ritual. You will be asked to hand-in of phones, tablets, laptops, fitbits, kindles, game consoles and any digital device with a screen. They will keep all your digital gadgets safe for you until it’s time to leave.

    Mindfulness

    Mindfulness, the act of engaging with and fully experiencing the present moment, forms the philosophical backbone of this retreat. Practicing mindfulness is the antidote for the mindless scrolling that many do on their screens. In this retreat you will experiment with different applications of mindfulness, including mindful movement, such as hiking and yoga, to find the one you really enjoy.

    This retreat has an element of creativity and play. From kite flying, art, dancing, story-telling and star gazing, playtime is designed to absorb you in flow activities where time seems to stand still and where your brain can recharge and emerge refreshed.

    This retreat will take place at a 18th century masseria situated on a ridge of hills extending the length of Puglia, Italy. The estate is close to a series of scattered white-walled medieval towns and villages each boasting their own culinary specialities. Set in over 20 acres of land with olive, fig, cherry, and almond trees, the views are stunning at all times of the year.

    During this digital detox yoga retreat, you will be served three daily healthy meals. You will enjoy a daily healthy brunch with juices and smoothies, plant-based light daily lunch and a vegetarian feast for dinner each day. On one night during your stay, dinner is not provided enabling you to visit a local town to try out the regional cuisine.

    Raw food

    During this retreat, you will be served a plant-based, mainly raw, diet incorporating seasonal local vegetables and fruits. Raw food gives your body the chance to detox from the additives and preservatives found in the western diet. In addition, this retreat is alcohol-free.
