This teacher training is part of the Lu Jong certification program hold by Nangten Menlang International.

The practice of Lu Jong strengthens immunity, increases endurance, develops health and physical well-being. On a mental level, it helps to release negative emotions. How the training works

100% online :

  • The video-conference course (transmission of the 360 pages of the manual by reading) you can access it whenever you want.
  • The video-conference course (live) (practice and questions/answers about the manual)

330 hours divided in

108 hours of training:

  • 28 hours of video-conferences (the chapters will open automatically as the weeks go by / Oral transmission of the readings of the chapters of the 360-page manual + mock theorical exams through MCQs at the end of each chapter to help you integrate
  • 72 hours of live video-conferences
  • 2 hours of demonstration course on Zoom and recorded for delayed feedback
  • 6 hours of online practical exam

222 hours of personal commitment

  • 120 hours of daily personal practice: this is your Lu Jong practice, including the preliminary exercises and the final meditation. Sometimes you will be asked to send videos for correction
  • 60 hours of study: study of the theory of the manual, the names of the movements in French and in Tibetan, the benefits of the movements, the breathing to adopt, and the knowledge of each point of the movement
  • 21 hours of homework: written developments and various exercises to help you refine your knowledge
  • 21 hours of shared practice: practice with a person of your choice in order to train to teach

  • Qualifying exam done with the educator at the end of the teacher training on 7th February 2022
  • Online exam done on Nangten Menlang International servors held online in January and February 2022 (not included in the price)
  • Online Masterclass done with Tulku Lobsang and Nangten Menlang International on 11, 12, and 13 March 2022 and broadcasted from Europe (GMT+2) (not included in the price)
