Stephanie Villavicencio (RYT-200) discovered yoga in 2007 and has been practicing ever since. Yoga has impacted her life in many positive ways. As an active young woman, who is an avid surfer, snowboard instructor, and outdoor enthusiast, yoga is a way for her to stay in tune with her body’s demands and keep up with her lifestyle. Stephanie received her 200-Hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate in May 2015 and has since taught in Aspen CO, Portland, OR, London, South Florida and New Zealand. She loves to guide Vinyasa, Restorative, and Adaptive yoga.
