Escape to the majestic THOR Tennessee Smoky Mountains, a mountaintop haven designed exclusively for women who seek to untangle their complex relationship with food. Amidst the scenic overlooks, rolling peaks, and expansive skies, you will dive into a transformative experience that reaches beyond diet and delves into the very emotions that drive your cravings.

For 5 enchanting days and 4 nights, you will feel the weight of past struggles lift as you breathe in the crisp mountain air. As the altitude rises, allow the walls you’ve built around food to crumble, revealing a path to genuine nourishment and self-compassion. Surrounded by like-minded women, all on their own unique journeys, you will find strength in shared stories, tears, and laughter.

The THOR luxury all-inclusive Emotional Eating Wellness Retreat is crafted with care, and curated to nourish your mind, body, and soul. The yoga practice, meditation sessions, and emotional eating mindset workshops intertwine, unlocking hidden treasures and making you whole.

1. Group Instruction: Physical Training

The experienced trainers will guide you through a variety of exercises and workouts, customized to your fitness level and personal goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the group learning sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and fitness preferences.

2. Yoga and Meditation Practice

If relaxation is your jam, you can take part in many outdoor activities such as hikes, runs, nature walks, forest bathing, yoga, breath work, earth grounding, and perhaps a relaxing massage or meditation session at the on-site wellness center.

3. Emotional Eating Workshops

The retreat is designed to help you expand your knowledge, gain new insights, and develop practical tools and techniques to help you overcome emotional eating challenges and achieve your goals.

Retreat location

South of Knoxville

This program will take place in the South of Knoxville which is in the county of Knox in Eastern Tennesse in the USA.

About the Location

The mountain overlooks the Nantahala National Forest, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests. It is within easy driving distance from attractions such as Lookout Mountain, Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, Lost Sea, Bald River Falls, and many other phenomenal natural spots.

The nearest town is Tellico Plains, a small vintage mountain town with locally owned businesses including a bakery, coffee shop, and delicious restaurants. There are also dozens of local farms, waterfalls, and an abundance of mountain biking, hiking, fishing, fly fishing, and white water river rafting in the area.

THOR Retreats is surrounded by a vast National Forest, 6 minutes up a dirt road, and is accessible to most vehicles. It’s a 1.5-hour drive southeast of Knoxville, TN, or 1 hour from Knoxville Airport. You can drive to the land or fly into Knoxville Airport where they can pick you up.
