This time with power couple Tom Bliss and Courtney Pruce. They will be leading you through daily HIIT sessions at the villa, the beach, and Wanderlust Gym, and Bali Empire. Doug will be providing daily yoga and meditation and the combination is going to make you feel amazing.

Program
You don’t need to be super fit, or ripped, or flexible! You just need to be yourself and let TheDownwardDoug help you have the week of your life. They'll provide optional training, and they mean optional! They want you to have the best week, so if that means chilling by the pool and enjoying the villa then so be it.
There will be plenty of opportunities to get your heart rate up though, yoga, HIIT training, or even beach sessions. Regardless, they'll be providing you with a healthy breakfast and dinner at the villa and they'll be showing you favourite spots for lunch. They will also be hitting some amazing sites including beach clubs, waterfalls, and incredible cultural sights.
You’ll also be given a free massage (which was a massive hit this year) and a surf lesson (which was an even bigger hit). On your rest days, you will be making great use of the beautiful villa and Ammo Spa. An open-air spa overlooking rice fields boasting a steam bath, Jacuzzi, Himalayan salt bath, sauna, and two ice baths. And the best part is you won't have to even take out your wallet if you don’t want to. Everything mentioned is included in the price.

A native of Botswana and now London-based, Doug Robson qualified as a stuntman seven years ago after training extensively in martial arts, gymnastics, and platform diving. Since then, he has doubled high-profile actors such as Channing Tatum, Colin Firth, and Luke Evans and built an extensive list of credits, including award-winning productions Mission Impossible, The Avengers, Star Wars and Game of Thrones, among others. He is also a Lululemon ambassador and teaches around the world. His style is strong and unique with a passion for teaching.
Courtney Pruce
After graduating in 2015, Courtney spent a year dancing professionally before embarking on a personal training course and subsequently opening her own studio 'One2OneLondon', as well as coaching at one of London’s leading class studios ‘Core Collective’. Courtney's positive energy, compassionate tone and fantastic knowledge, meant she developed a loyal and large client base for her Boutique Personal Training studio. These attributes have also spilled onto her online profile, where she has developed a large and engaged following, and has gone onto become one of the UK's top influenceners
Tom Bliss
Founder Tom Bliss is a former professional rugby player whose passion for health, fitness and performance led him to embark on a journey into personal training. His ferocious work ethic and stand out qualities quickly earned the respect of others in the industry, enabling him to build up a substantially large client base. Since starting out Tom has been published in Mens Health numerous times, launched an online coaching & programming platform - the Movement Blueprint, and more recently has started working at one of London's top Crossfit Boxes- Whatever it Takes
