The Haven
The retreat center overlooks the ocean and is buffeted by warm breezes, which are conducive to gentle opening, cultivating softness, and receptivity. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious, with single room options.
Program
6-day retreat in Queensland
This is a chance to deepen your yoga practice while also enjoying the company of others. There will be a Restorative yoga class on arrival, three Iyengar yoga classes a day, as well as pranayama, asana, and inversions, including an optional teacher development workshop.
Skill level
This retreat is not suitable for people who have not done yoga before.

Instructors
Linda Apps
Linda is an intermediate junior level 3 teacher, and has been practicing yoga for 25 years, and has travelled to India to study with the Iyengar family. Linda also taught at the Glebe Yoga school for 10 years before opening The Yoga Nook in 2002. She attends classes with Peter Thomson and Pixie Lillas, and continues to travel to India to study with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar.
