Formally a registered nurse, Sarah changed the direction of her career and her health in 2013 when she trained as a yoga teacher in Hong Kong. Since then Sarah has completed over 850 hours of certified yoga teacher trainings plus Reiki healing certifications to the level of Reiki master. Sarah has used yoga and meditation to transform her physical and mental wellbeing; using the path of yoga to recover from a lower back injury, depression and anxiety. Sarah strives to inspire others to empower themselves and to transform their lives and wellbeing.
Jane began practicing yoga in 2013 to help ease long-standing lower back pain. As a former dancer, Jane was extremely flexible so used the yoga postures to build muscular strength and improve postural alignment. Jane trained to be a yoga teacher in 2015 in Thailand. After falling in love with teaching yoga Jane went on to qualify in Thai yoga massage in 2017 and Yin yoga in 2018. Jane loves to see her students take on new challenges and watch their progress. She is inspired by how yoga positively affects the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of every student.
Victor began practicing yoga in 2014 and immediately felt the benefits for his body and mind. Victor trained as a yoga teacher in Thailand in 2015 and went on to teach yoga in holiday resorts across Asia. In 2017 Victor trained in Thai Yoga massage. Victor brings Thai Massage to our yoga retreats, helping retreat guests to relax deeper and to relieve physical tension, aches and pains.
