Online Yoga Course

The purpose of this course is to ignite interest and make you curious about the Atman (soul) and the ancient practice of yoga. You may be someone who practices yoga four hours a day in an ashram or you may practice yoga once a week at your local gym to keep fit. This course will inspire you to integrate yoga into your daily life. By analyzing the ancient text of yoga sutras, this course will make you question the conventional view of yoga and spirituality, it will unite and connect you with something much deeper inside you, may that be your atman or your higher self.

About this course

You often hear people say yoga is much more than just asana (the posture); so be it but how do you experience that? In the world of yoga, you often get caught up in experience hunting, learning, and analyzing. For your natural self or true self, there is no analysis or learning, as when the whirlpool of mind is neutralized your natural self takes over. If one can learn to practice their asana with devotion, no learning is needed and your yoga sessions become like a moving meditation.
