Jessica Meyer

Jess Meyer is a yogini, belly dancer, hula dancer, old soul, perpetual optimist and Bija Retreats coordinator. Jess has been dancing for over 15 years and through yoga, she has found a new movement and meaning to her dance as well as bringing a new mindfulness to her daily life. During her classes, you will be reminded to observe your surroundings, focus on your positive energy, and love your body for all the magical things it can do.

Rachel Roberts

Rachel Roberts is a yogini, writer, cruise director, and guiding force. Rachel is the founder of The Yoga Bar studios and Bija Yoga School and Retreats. She found yoga in 1992 at the recommendation of a naturopathic doctor who suggested asana and pranayama as a way to control her worsening asthma. Rachel traveled extensively studying under the leading teachers in Asia, Europe, and India and returned to the US in 2009 to build a yoga community center in her hometown. Rachel's greatest talent is her ability to offer ancient philosophies which is applicable to the modern lifestyle.

Sarah Crabtree

Sarah Crabtree is a yogini, runner, social media sage, and proud mother to twin sons. As a mother to two wild and wonderful little boys, she knows a thing or two about the challenges associated with finding balance in the midst of chaos. If you are looking to connect with your body and breath through a fiery flow in order to find equanimity, Sarah is your girl. Sarah is the voice of inspiration behind The Yoga Bar & Bija Retreat's social media outlets and also offers her guidance serving as a mentor for Bija Yoga TT.

Donna Covrett

Donna is a master teacher, alignment guru, author, and the Cincinnati Food + Wine Classic founder. She is the one to see if you are seeking greater understanding of the body, mind, and heart connection through posture, alignment, and energy. She has been a student of yoga since 1974 and a teacher since 1997. Her experience is deep, having studied with many master teachers in a variety of yoga disciplines. In both public classes and private coaching, Donna’s focus is biomechanics through proper alignment.
