During this retreat, you will be staying at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel. The five-star aparthotel consists of 67 studios, 47 apartments, and a president’s apartment, all of which are spacious, luxuriantly furnished, and comfortable.

You will stay at a twin lux apartment with twin bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a television set, telephone, mini-safe, a seating area, and fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, ceramic hot plate, toaster, hot water jug, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, and utensils. The bathrooms have been provided with French toiletries and full set of towels and bath robes.

A typical day in the retreat begins with a breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Afterwards, you will depart for ski or snowboarding activities. The total cost of this retreat includes six days of skiing with ski or snowboarding equipment included. You can also take individual or group lessons for additional costs. At noon, you will have a lunch together in the mountain's hut or cafe.

Later in the afternoon, you have several options for your activity. You may take yoga stretching session in the hotel's yoga hall booked exclusively for this retreat, take a massage session, try the spa facilities, or just relax. Afterwards, in the evening you will have dinner and also experience nocturnal hot springs escapades under the stars.

    Aneta, or Yoganeta, is a London-based yoga teacher and practitioner. She shares and teaches what she believes in and what she is passionate about, which is that life is to be lived with all its glory and yoga is a therapeutic tool to serve you. She dances, hikes, surfs, snowboards, and cycles, adding the hint of a no-nonsense yoga to make it available in the form of playful, therapeutic and adventures class, workshop, a weekend away, or a holiday escape with a difference.

This retreat will take place in Bansko, Bulgaria. Bansko lies at the foot of the Pirin Mountains.

During this retreat, you will be served daily breakfast. For lunch, you can try dining on piste cafes for approximately 5 EUR and for dinner you can eat at the hotel restaurant or downtown for approximately 10 to 12 EUR.

You will have access to the spa facilities in the Lucky Bansko, including swimming pool with 33 degrees Celsius water temperature (from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.), with built-in system for hydro massage and Jacuzzi, saunas, steam bath, fitness center, and steam bath with ice therapy. Massage sessions are not included in the retreat, but you can try them with 10% discount, exclusive only for retreat's participants.
