Each guest suite is a spacious luxury apartment with free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv, satellite tv channels, a comfortable lounge, full kitchen, dining area, double bedroom with large double bed, full bathroom, plus private terrace or balcony. Included excursions
Beautiful guided walks along the coast, into the mountains and the fertile valleys surrounding the retreat. The beach is just a gentle 20-minute walk away. In the warmer months, late May-late October the retreat also offers yoga stand up paddle at the local beach (additional cost).
Retreat location
This retreat will take place in Benisa Costa. It is located between the small town of Calpe and the old fishing village of Moraira. This quiet and pretty part of the Northern Costa Blanca (white coast) coastline has remained tranquil and offers stunning scenery, with breathtaking walks and hikes pathways. The environment along the coastline has areas of true natural beauty, which have been conserved and protected.
A large number of old monasteries, watch towers, windmills and small castles are dotted along this coastline, a legacy left by of over 400 years of war between the Moors and the Christians, a part of history which is still celebrated every year in every pueblo during local fiestas. Along this coast, the clear blue green of the Mediterranean gives way to a lush green backdrop of farmland, with many terraced vineyards, which produce local wines and the famous sweet Moscatel of the region.
Hillsides are dotted with indigenous almond, nispero, lemon, orange groves, fig, pomegranate, and carob trees grow at the roadsides. Beyond that farmland sits facing the mountain ranges where pine trees, wild rosemary, and thyme perfumed the air. The mountains protect the area and give it such a special and mild microclimate all year round.

Please book your flight to arrive at Alicante airport (ALC). The Ultimate Retreat Company will pick you up from this airport only. The pick-up is included in the price. The complimentary scheduled private group airport transfer for Alicante airport is offered as part of your retreat package on their “official” arrival / departure days only and operates as follows:
On arrival day, the driver will be departing from Alicante airport for the retreat at approximately 11:00 / 11:30 am. On departure day, the driver will be departing from the retreat for Alicante airport at approximately 12:00 noon.
It is highly recommended that when planning for your departure from Spain / booking your flight that you aim to leave a minimum of 2 hours between your arrival at Alicante airport and your flights departure time, as you may meet traffic on the journey / during busy periods it may take a little longer than normal to pass through luggage drop / security etc.
Therefore, if you wish to take advantage of the complimentary service on departure, they recommend that your chosen flight departs after 15:00.
If a guest's chosen flights are outside of the retreats scheduled private transfer times, whilst they wait for the airlines flight schedules to recover and to offer more flexibility to the guests, in addition to the complimentary scheduled private group transfer service, they will also be able to offer the options of the airport shuttle transfer service from just 40 EUR / a pre-booked taxi service from 120 EUR at an additional cost and during sociable hours. Sociable hours are 09:00 - 23:00.
