Amrita School of Yoga Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Hatha Yoga)
Tania's love affair with yoga began with her dad as a teenager. She enjoyed years of many schools of yoga, where she experienced first hand first the healing power of yoga in dealing with her own back pain and life journey. As her studies and practice grew more intense, she became a yogi mama to two beautiful boys, it lead gradually into a path of teaching yoga full time, which she has been doing for 10 years. She now loves and is totally committed to sharing her studies and passion for yoga with others.
Amy is a YMCA fit qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Since qualifying as a personal trainer, Amy has worked with a diverse variety of people, supporting them to reach their personal fitness goals. She has worked with people who are new to exercise as well as experienced competitive athletes and many others in between.
Lysa first found a passion and an interest in exercising following the birth of her second child, having had very little enthusiasm or confidence in exercise previously. Her aim is to ensure the smooth functioning of the time at the retreat. She will be a listening ear, always available to make sure each guest has what they need and that they are safe and well supported during their time at the retreat.
This retreat will be held in a beautifully converted Victorian Oast house surrounded by traditional hop gardens and farmland. It is located on the border between Kent and East Sussex and sits within one of Kent’s prettiest areas of outstanding natural beauty. It is conveniently situated within 1.30 hours from London by car or train. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, the location lends itself to amazing hikes, bike rides, and revitalising outdoor training sessions and yoga.

"It's the recharge I needed for body and soul over four seamlessly energising and restoring days. The food was absolutely phenomenal: plentiful, nourishing and delicious. Each dish tasted as amazing as it looked. And it all felt well earned as we pushed and stretched our bodies throughout the day. The group of thoughtful and hilarious women who put together this sanctuary attracted people similar to them. We bonded over kettle bells and runs. Creating a lasting community of people we can all look to for a little boost, back into that refreshed space we created, now we're back in our busy lives."

"I've had one of the best weeks of my life! The accommodation was perfect, luxurious, and comfy. The food utterly delicious and a surprise at each meal. The hosts, Amy, Lysa, and Tania are superstars, knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring. Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or out of my depth. Every level was catered for and encouraged. I genuinely feel I have met some women I will keep close in my life and I return rejuvenated and ready to take it all on. I was never remotely into yoga and have now promised myself at least to start my day with 15 minutes. I can't believe the effect it has had on me. It's quite life-changing. The fitness side was always going to be my favourite and Amy didn't disappoint. I was pushed but not broken and feeling like a warrior now! The food / nutrition side was a triumph! Lysa and the girls worked closely with the Chef Sarah to provide us the most wonderful meals. Lisa, who does the treatments, was a "God" send for those achy limbs, thank you. And the Mountain Biking was awesome. If you do one thing ever to treat yourself, try this. It's perfectly organised, beautifully executed. I'm hooked!"
