    You will be staying at Villa La Pena, a spacious and secluded luxury property for up to 12 students with extensive grounds, a 50-square meter yoga studio, a massage room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

    This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to connect to nature in an idyllic setting and reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit through yoga and meditation. It is an opportunity to recharge your batteries while being surrounded by stunning scenery. You will attend Anusara yoga classes in the morning and in the evening. All the classes are adapted to people of all levels. It is an excellent way to energize the body and calm the mind.

    Starting every morning with yoga will help you stay more present during the rest of the day. In the afternoons, there will be time for meditation, or Restorative yoga, or for exploring the area.

    Villa La Pena sits in a stunning elevated position in the La Pena area of Tarifa, nestled between a mountain and the sea with a panoramic vista over miles of sandy beaches. It faces the Straits of Gibraltar, looking out east across to Morocco's Rif Mountains and west to the Port of Tangiers.

    Tarifa is a uniquely cosmopolitan town, historically and geographically significant as Mainland Europe's southernmost point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic. World renowned for the quality of its tuna, it offers an abundance of high quality fresh fish, local vegetables, and fruits.

    You will be served daily delicious healthy meals throughout this weekend retreat. You will be eating a variety of healthy meals, ranging from Ayurvedic, Thai, and Spanish fusion, including cooking classes with advice on how to cook with natural ingredients to heal the body and release toxins for a healthier lifestyle. Herbal teas, fruits, and snacks will be available throughout the day.

    Arrival by airplane

    Please book your flight to arrive at Jerez Airport (XRY), Gibraltar International Airport (GIB), Seville Airport (SVQ), or Málaga Airport (AGP).

    Arrival by bus

    Upon arrival at Jerez Airport (XRY), take a bus to Cádiz and from there, take another bus to Algeciras and ask for La Pena. There are buses from Algeciras Cádiz. The bus will stop next to the road of the N-340. Transfer from this point is available upon request. If you need to be picked up, please inform The Soul Garden two days before your arrival.
