This kind of healing is done for enhancing nutrition in your body thus it can improve your health. The nutrition healing can be done by plant-based diet (no coffee, meat, fish, or dairy products) and using superfoods and supplements (neem, spirulina, moringa, ginger, turmeric, aloe vera, coconut oil, and sesame seeds).
The purification can be done by several things such as fasting, enema or colema board, Shanka Prakshalana (yogic practice of completely cleansing the intestines using salt water), using Sodium Chlorite, oil pulling, far infrared ray sauna, feet soak, and dry skin brushing.
There is no schedule on Sundays. To allow the body to rest and recover, you fast on coconut water or fruit (no food preparation in the kitchen).
