The Sanctuary at Two Rivers is a unique private yoga retreat and yoga teacher training certification wellness center in Costa Rica. It is one of a select few retreat centers in the world that was specifically designed and built by veteran yogis, whose sole intention was to create a first-class retreat center to commune with nature, practice yoga, contemplate, meditate, detox, and become balanced through health and wellness yoga retreat vacations.

The Sanctuary at Two Rivers gets its name from the center’s land beginning at the junction of two rivers. In ancient India, this was called a Sangama. This point is revered as an auspicious place to build temples and ashrams because of the positive energy that literally flows over, around, and through this matrix of topography.

Furthermore, set amongst hundreds of uninhabited tropical-dry forest acres, the privately secluded property of forty acres encloses manicured tropical gardens and jurassic jungle, making it ideal for both inner and outer exploration. That’s nearly three acres of earth per guest to enjoy, enliven, and enlighten.

Nestled between two rivers with waterfalls that flow year round, the private park is home to countless species of flora and fauna; including exotic mammals, birds, butterflies, reptiles and amphibians that are common to Central America. The Sanctuary's fortunate geography allows for a tropically mild, nearly mosquito-free climate with cool refreshing breezes cascading throughout the rolling grounds, making one's stay remarkably comfortable even when beach temperatures are soaring.

Jungle lofts and studio houses are offered. Each type has its own unique qualities, size, bed options, and layout. All houses are set amongst picturesque tropical gardens with observation decks, hammocks, and wonderful jungle vistas. They are powered by a high-tech solar power system, have green lighting, spectacular outdoor solar hot water showers with garden views, ceiling fans, and screened in walls giving you an up-close and intimate experience with nature.

Through this retreat, you will develop cardiovascular strength on challenging jungle hikes, improve your balance and flexibility through alignment-based Vinyasa yoga, clear and calm your mind through guided meditation, and experience deep relaxation through Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra. You will also clear physical and emotional blockages through mind and body reconditioning and shamanic healing.

Through this retreat, you will develop cardiovascular strength with challenging jungle hiking trips.

Elizabeth Neuse Flint has been teaching yoga since 2001. During a solo sojourn to India that year, she discovered the deep spiritual roots of the practice. She is exceedingly grateful to all of her teachers, especially her loving family.

The Sanctuary is perched 1000 yards slightly above the Pacific Ocean, in Cabuya, at the southernmost tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, which is one of only five Blue Zones in the entire world by having a large concentration of centenarians living in the area. It is located only two miles away from Costa Rica's first National Nature Preserve, Reserva Cabo Blanco, and neighbors to the quaint artistic beach-town of Montezuma and the surf towns Mal Pais and Santa Teresa.

While staying in one of the luxurious jungle eco-lodges you will enjoy three carefully-planned, delicious, organic meals a day to keep you nourished for your E yoga total transformation retreat. A talented plant-based chef creates three unforgettable tropical fusion vegetarian or vegan meals per day inspired by the worlds greatest cuisines.

The healthy organic food is artistically crafted to please all of the senses. Meals are designed around the seasons using ayurvedic principles while incorporating the best and freshest local ingredients, herbs and spices. All organic produce from local Costa Rican family farms are procured and served. The meals are well balanced and prepared with love. This positive energy is infused into the food, aiding the digestion process.

They provide plenty of protein by using legumes, seeds and nuts, artisan cheeses, and eggs from free-ranging chickens. They only use whole grains and natural sweeteners. With an ever-expanding orchard of over 300 various tropical fruit trees, their freshly picked organic fruits make great complements to your dining experience. Overall, this will produce a more lively healthy body and mind and is the most environmentally friendly diet.

The Sanctuary at Two Rivers will do their best to accommodate food allergies but please know that resources are limited in the jungle. Certain items can be omitted from dishes, such as cheese, dairy, and nuts; however, a gluten-free environment is not guaranteed. Persons with serious food allergies such as Celiac's disease or those on a raw food diet should not attend a retreat. Please let them know of all serious food issues at least three weeks prior to arrival.

During this holiday, you will be able to enjoy a number of community and adventure activities. Some are within walking distance and most are just a 15 to 25-minute taxi drive away. Explore Cabo Blanco National Park, visit nearby beach towns of Montezuma or Santa Teresa, tour the forest canopy on zip-lines, rent mountain bikes or ATV's, hike to secluded waterfalls, snorkel or surf, swim or beach comb, sunbathe, SUP, or shop for local artisans' arts and crafts.

One of the most economical and rewarding excursions is a 1000-yards walk from The Sanctuary to where the river meets the sea. Once there, you can swim in the estuary or start combing the beach for exotic seeds, shells, and wood pieces. Take an occasional dip or float in the ocean to cool off. Then, casually make your way back to plunge under the fresh waterfalls. Wake-up early to catch a spectacular sunrise over the ocean!

    Cabo Blanco National Park

"On researching my holiday, I wanted a retreat that was vegan or vegetarian, had yoga twice a day, other optional activities, and was in a warm climate. I can say that on arrival to the Two Rivers Sanctuary I was not disappointed. I could write a whole paragraph on the food alone, it was truly amazing, well balanced, nutritious, and very tasty. I would like to eat this way all the time if I could. Liz, our yoga teacher, was wonderful. A kind, honest, positive woman; someone I wish I could have put in my bag and taken home. She made the yoga fun, not being too strict or leaving anyone feeling like they were not doing their best. She had a very positive influence on all of us and I came home truly at peace. The location on the retreat was amazing; however, it is isolated. This suited me well but it may not be for everyone. It is a good 30-minute walk to the beach through some trees and rivers so I never managed it myself. We were taken on a couple of trips to some waterfalls, which were beautiful, and once to a local town. You will not get the full Costa Rica experience on this retreat but you will find a place full of peace, well balanced food, and positive vibes. I would happily go to this retreat again, I hope I can manage it one day."

"If you like yoga and eco-conscious living, The Sanctuary at Two Rivers delivers the ideal vacation. I took part in the Gratitude and Detox retreat over Thanksgiving with my daughter and her friend, both of them way less than half my age. Liz Lindh did a fantastic job by leading and facilitating the retreat. Her positive energy fueled the group and kept it going. You do not have to be a vegetarian (which I am not) to enjoy the food; it is delicious, locally sourced, and artfully presented. The staff combines professionalism with informality and makes you feel very much at home in the lush jungle surroundings. Due to the small group size, you quickly become friends with your fellow participants. Although the Sanctuary is very secluded, excursions by taxi to the beach and a local village for swimming, surfing, and wellness rituals provided glimpses of local life. I tried the massage and reflexology services, both were excellent. Liz is also a skilled acupuncturist and gave us a sample of that art, which I found highly stimulating and de-stressing. A reminder: you will need those river walking shoes; and if you are allergic to bees, check with your doctor before coming to Costa Rica."

"Liz Lindh is a rare yoga teacher who truly embodies the essence of the classical teachings. She is not only extremely knowledgable of the physical aspects to yoga but, as a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, she also brings one's awareness to the more subtle energetics of the practice, allowing each student to access a deeper understanding and connection to the body, mind, and spirit complex. If you combine this advanced acumen with her natural beauty treatments and jungle alchemy and dances, the result is an unforgettably fun, rejuvenating, and enlightening retreat experience."

"This remote sanctuary is truly that - a sanctuary to heal from whatever ails you. The food is delicious and cooked lovingly by the "kitchen angels", who also attended to any other needs we had while we were there. Liz is a great yoga teacher who encourages all of her students to do what they can but also push their limits. The waterfall and river are beautiful and provide such a great meditative environment. Just don't forget the bug spray!"

"I recently returned from a Kundalini Yoga Retreat at the Sanctuary and had a hard time leaving. The owners and staff are so lovely and warm, the grounds are peaceful and breathtaking, with lots of areas to walk/hike to endless gorgeous scenery and waterfalls. The rooms & accommodations are fantastic, and the food is some of the BEST I've ever eaten. The Yoga Pagoda is a magical place, very healing, surrounded completely by nature. You can hear water falls and howler monkeys from all over the Sanctuary, and witness the spectacular butterflies and other wildlife in this beautiful rainforest. I will never forget my time in there, it was nothing short of magical and healing. I will definitely be returning, and highly recommend Two Rivers to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience away from daily life :)"

"Hard to put this magnificent place into words. Being off the grid and in the middle of the beautiful jungle allows for a very healing experience. A great way to learn new things about yourself and learn new things from others. The staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like family. The food is incredible by far the best food I've had in a very very long time. So many amazing experiences from the yoga, to some of the rituals to the socializing, to the hikes...all wonderful!"

"Never thought I'd leave a retreat I hosted energized and wanting to go back, wanting to be in the jungle, wanting to eat a similar diet. I speak on behalf of my retreat group, this was the best week of our lives. Best food experience and a great way to rid of toxins and cravings and rituals that don't serve me. "

"Go to sleep with the sun and wake with the howling monkeys at sunrise. Highly recommend you try surfing one day in Santa Teresa and take the Zuma Tours boat out for the day with the group to Isla Tortuga. I hope to return next year--I'd love to make this an annual habit! Blessings."

"I arrived at The Sanctuary feeling fat, tired, stressed, self conscious and with a tonne of expectation for the coming 3 weeks. What I got out of the experience completely blew my mind. Before you read on.... If you are looking for the best yoga teacher training on the planet, then book this one. The rooms are lovely, simple and very comfortable. I would describe them as being like a trendy New York apartment with mesh screens instead of walls! You can hear all the wonderful jungle sounds. The grounds are green and lush with plenty of flora and fauna and great hiking paths too. I have been practicing yoga on and off for 7 years and loved the pace and variety of the yoga we practised, one moment we were moving around to rock music, the next we were deep in yoga Nidra. Liz is an incredible teacher, definitely the best I have ever had and I feel so grateful that she was the one to guide me through the teacher training. She really knows so much about yoga, is completely inspirational and has a great sense of humor. Naga is a culinary genius. Forget watery curries and fruit salad- the menu was scrumptious. Each day was a complete treat, especially the chocolate lava cake! If you come here for the food alone, you will leave a very happy customer. One of the best things about The Sanctuary were the friendly staff. They really embodied the lifestyle of The Sanctuary and were extremely knowledgeable. Liz and Naga had thoughtfully created a number of rituals and ceremonies which to me made the whole experience so special. I really felt like I had developed my spiritual practice in the most positive way. I left The Sanctuary feeling confident, nourished, full of life and so grateful for the incredible experience and for the amazing friends I had made."

    • Review by Jessica from Connecticut, USA

"The Sanctuary at Two Rivers is amazing on all accounts deserves the highest recommendation possible! The yoga retreats and retreat setting offered serve to be life changing and transformative. You are essentially walking into paradise!!I am someone with an affinity for this beautiful space...but also an objective reporter. The negative (although tiny specks in the sea of positivity) reviews are quite disappointing to me and truly hold no merit. The word irresponsible comes to mind. I feel compelled to respond as someone who is extremely familiar with both the Sanctuary and the surrounding area.1. The food is one of our favorite aspects of our stay....healing and beautiful. If you are seeking "pop- vegetarian" food such as soy bacon and french fries, gourmet lattes on rotation from an espresso bar, then you will be disappointed my friends. What you will receive is plentiful organic Costa Rican coffee in the morning that will fuel your soul and three meals a day that are made with love and creativity. The Culinary team is inspired by an Ayurvedically- oriented cooking philosophy that will support and nurture you from a nutritional standpoint. Delicious is an understatement--and the lunchtime desserts are not to be missed!2. Relaxation and exploration of the breathtaking jungle compound is a retreat highlight. The yoga pagoda is truly magical as well as the property's waterfalls, rivers, flora, and fauna. The Sanctuary is exactly that which the name proclaims.... a sanctuary from the mainstream. If you are seeking a resort type experience with Mai Tais and dance parties by the pool, then again you will be disappointed. If you are seeking a meditative, yogic, restorative experience highlighted by wellness workshops and fun beach and adventure-based excursions then you will be elated!3. It is ultimately the responsibility of the retreat leader to hold space for the students in their care and function on an independent level. The Sanctuary directors and support staff are available for support and guidance on the periphery and have always been extraordinarily helpful when needed. It is also the responsibility of the retreat leader to research the climate and seasons on the Peninsula before planning your stay - to self-inform and subsequently relay to students. The dry and rainy seasons both have their pros and cons depending on your preference! While we prefer the drier weather, the rainy season is also equally amazing and a must see.4. The complaints of not being allowed towels, an extra glass of juice, and equating the Sanctuary to a commune is quite comical. It saddens me to think that these perspectives are so skewed and misunderstandings are evident. The Sanctuary owners are lovely, down to earth, and strive to ensure that all attendees have a peak experience! Perhaps their adorable daughter Gia and their resident dog family have an alternative agenda.... : )5. On our honeymoon, my husband and I stayed in a square foot estate in the neighboring town next to Cabuya and insects and lizards still made a cameo appearance from time to time. We are circa the jungle and this is to be expected! To be honest I have had less encounters with bugs in our Sanctuary lodging than elsewhere because all of the living spaces are tightly screened in! Being in the midst of the eco scene and experiencing "off the grid" biodiversity is the best part of this experience!6. The Sanctuary is not advertised as a beach experience and explicitly states on all websites and social media it's distance from the nearest beach in Cabuya. The goal of retreats is to experience the jungle, rivers, waterfalls, and tranquility of this protected oasis. Retreat leaders typically plan and include excursions to the beautiful neighboring beaches in Santa Teresa and Tortuga Island to provide a diversified experience. I would highly recommend visiting both- not to be missed!!As a seasoned yoga practitioner and teacher from Connecticut, I am available to speak with anyone from my local area or beyond personally! There are vast groups of yogis from my state who will echo my sentiments.... in addition to my husband who I met on a Sanctuary retreat a few years ago!"

"I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first signed up for this Retreat. Part of me thought, it will be very commercialized or just another hotel/resort. However, I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we got the property, I could sense care and personalized attention. Jeff and Liz are amazing hosts, they made us feel home. Everyone including Jeff, Liz, staff are very friendly and helpful. Liz is an excellent yoga teacher. I'd say, the food was the main highlight at the retreat, very well prepared and the food presentation is nothing less than a fine dining organic restaurant. I really hope, someday, i will get to relive this experience again at this retreat."

"Have no concerns about lodging or amenities, all are top notch and have been carefully created by a former restaurateur who has made this Sanctuary his life's work. Each lodge is complete with intricately private outdoor showers (only the birds and native monkeys can see you), amazing views and and a general oneness with the nature which surrounds you. You'll be treated with 3 gourmet vegetarian meals each day, the vast majority are vegan as well. Most interestingly is that none of the meals repeat, so each culinary experience is new. The only way to get a repeat meal is to stay for more than three weeks which once there, you will likely want to do.The important thing to understand is that while you are well taken care of here, the purpose of that care is to remove your concerns about it so that you can take the time to "experience the experience" here, and genuinely learn more about yourself through both challenging and restorative yoga, and having an opportunity to reflect on who you are as a person today and who you want to be in the future. The last thing I can say is that if you are on the fence about spending time here, get off the fence and just go. Show up, and be open."

"The Sancuary at Two Rivers is a beautiful yoga retreat on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. The arrival is magical as we walked a path that crossed a river four times before the actual retreat is in sight. I have never seen such stunning buildings. Our room was like being in a screened-in tree house. The food was amazing and the staff was gracious. We will return!"

"Rest, recover, and reset. This place is the best. We were whisked into the jungle full of natural beauty and lodged in gorgeous, modern jungle lofts. The care here is phenomenal. The staff treated us to awakening yoga practice, transformational meditation, as well as the most delicious and interesting foods you could dream up! You will never stop enjoying everything this magical place has to offer. I cannot recommend it enough. Whether you are looking for a personal getaway, family journey, or group trip, you will not regret this place!"

"I did not know what to expect when I booked a stay at the retreat. Right from the start, we had an incredible walk up to the property. I knew we were in for something special. Greeted by a troop of monkeys in the trees, we were amazed by the flora and fauna on the property. The stay was fantastic. The staff was wonderful, the program was outstanding, and the food was the best I have ever experienced at any resort."

"I am writing this review in reflection of the amazing time I spent at the Sanctuary this past summer. After making the decision to get my yoga teacher training certification, I looked at many different yoga retreats in Costa Rica and was ultimately drawn to the Sanctuary. Let me explain why I was drawn here and how I completely fulfilled my mission. When it comes to the study of yoga, it is important to get a fully integrated delivery of all the material to really elevate your understanding and respect of the deeper subtleties of the science. It is an ancient wisdom science and requires a delicate, intentional, and disciplined study to really grasp the fullness of what it is. I do not believe that many of the commercialized retreat vacation spots are ideal for this requirement. Yes, you may get your 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, but are you really getting a true, full, complete experience? The reason the Sanctuary is perfect for this, is because it creates the space for you to look within. There are no distractions here. You have the entire time to focus on yourself, your practice, and how to open yourself to this new you. It can be completely magical if you choose it to be. However, if you are seeking a party, this is not your place. Last thing to discuss is how awesome the staff was. The teachers were amazing, deeply inspiring individuals, who have truly dived into the wisdom of their studies. They are seekers of the truth and only want to deliver to others what is real, pure, and unadulterated. The kitchen staff responsible for preparing our meals and the house keeping attendants were also amazing individuals as well, and very attentive to our needs. To sum it up, I would recommend the Sanctuary for a serious yogi, who wants to expand and elevate their practice, or anyone with a truly open mind. The teachers were absolutely incredible and together shared some true wisdom on many topics, the food was truly a blessing and so delicious (and I was not even a vegetarian before coming here; yet, since the trip, have maintained a vegetarian and vegan diet due to the eye-opening experience). This is coming from someone who loves to prepare food and was also a big meat eater prior to the retreat! The grounds are beautiful and there is nothing to worry about the entire time you are there. I highly recommend the Sanctuary at Two Rivers for anyone who is seeking answers and not simply a vacation. If relaxing on the beach with a mojito is your thing, spend a few days before or after the Sanctuary, but I promise that if you enter the grounds with an open mind and an open heart, you will find true peace that will carry you into the wide world."

"I have been to the Sanctuary at Two Rivers for two week-long stays now, and it has been magical both times. While the rest of Costa Rica competes with tourists, we had to share the lush jungle with no one, except our community and the beautiful animals that called the land home. The Sanctuary is off the beaten path and not simple to get to, so well worth the journey. To arrive at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers, you must take an international flight, a small domestic flight, a cab, and then cross four river crossings on foot. It is an adventure. But when you arrive, you are greeted with fresh squeezed lemon water, friendly jungle dogs, and big hugs. Not for the lazy, but so magical for the adventurers. The journey itself is exhilarating. The food is the best I have ever had. We were served three meals prepared with local, organic food and lots of love and creativity. Each plate is a work of art. The excitement of what ornate concoction was to be served next was a popular topic of conversation among the group, and to our surprise, none of us experienced any cravings or hunger between meals all week. The hikes, yoga, and waterfalls were amazing. Do not miss the wellness ritual and swim in the waterfall as much as you can while you are there. The staff is friendly and super helpful. This place is as good as it gets down in Costa Rica."

"I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training at the Sanctuary this past summer. It is the most incredibly soothing, grounding, and humbling environment to practice and learn in. Beginning each morning with the sounds of jungle creatures and fresh jungle air, the sanctuary fills your entire being with serenity and peace. Practicing in the pagoda with incredibly knowledgeable yoga teachers gives you the opportunity to deepen your physical practice as well as your knowledge of the sister sciences. The food is so delicious I still dream about it every day. Getting off grid and immersing yourself in the Sanctuary provides the ample opportunity for yoga teacher training or a retreat, once you hike through the rivers to the Sanctuary's grounds you will never want to leave, trust me. I am counting down the days till I get to return to this magical place."

Allow the joy-filled team at The Sanctuary to nourish your body, mind and spirit. Take a meditative walk around the grounds, up to the Tower to see the ocean view or along the river to visit one of the many waterfalls. Each meal will bring a smile to your heart and stomach. The food is lovingly prepared, is presented in a beautiful manner and is exquisite. Your palate will be so very pleased! The accommodations are very comfortable with separate sleeping quarters from living space. The outdoor shower was one of my favorite ways to begin and end the day. Being surrounded by intense natural beauty is an incredible gift to give yourself, go enjoy this wonderful sanctuary, you will not be disappointed."

The lifestyle here is so balancing and inspiring! The people are some of the best I have ever met. So true, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was here for my yoga teacher training and met some amazing people from all over the world. We had so many great experiences! I am not kidding, every meal was the best meal I have ever had; being a vegan, that is hard to find. They were very accommodating. It is very clear that there is a lot of thought and love put into every action of creating this place. Liz is the perfect person to be doing this training. She is so wonderful and inspiring. I have never felt so good in my mind, body, and soul as I did while living here. I miss it already, and will definitely be back!"

"The Sanctuary was an incredible experience. From the jungle animals and sounds that welcomed me from the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I was in for a treat. Through the three weeks I spent there, I found a deeper connection to nature and to myself, and am so grateful to have been able to spend time there renewing and recharging myself. The accommodations are comfortable, well-constructed, sustainable, and modern tree houses complete with showers with jungle views. The food prepared at the Sanctuary is nutritious and delicious. Natural and organic and vegetarian or vegan, the meals are all well thought out and prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. A stay at the Sanctuary will nourish your body, mind, and soul! The raw beauty and total immersion in nature was such a treat! The yoga sessions were powerful and invigorating. I used free time to explore the grounds, swim in the gorgeous pool, and lounge on my deck hammock. The bird, butterfly, and monkey watching was spectacular! I even spotted a few baby monkeys. What an incredible yoga retreat! Perhaps, the best yoga retreat I have ever been on. I am already planning my next trip back to the Sanctuary. Prepare for a total transformation, and ignite your soul and your yoga practice in this beautiful place. Also, the food is outstanding. By far, the best yoga retreat food I have ever tasted. "I went on a solo journey to Costa Rica in search of a release that I could not accomplish anywhere else but in the Jungle. I joined the Jungle Alchemy Retreat led by Liz and Jaycee in February 2015. From the moment I reached the jungles edge where Jeff picked me up, I knew this was going to be something special. The architecture, thought, and love that went into this amazing sanctuary is evident by every stone pathway, wood beam, and meal served. The camaraderie of my fellow retreaters was amazing, we all had a reason to be there. The classes were exhilarating, fun, and physically beneficial. I have been to Costa Rica two times before this, but had never had such a raw and restorative experience like this. The kitchen angels Kidder, Kat, and Melanie, provided us with the most delicious, healthy, and exotic meals. The last day we circled together and we all had a hard time truly describing the wonder and blissful feeling we had felt in only a week time. It is worth the travel. So, let go of it all and give in to the jungle. You will not ever forget your time at the Sanctuary!"

"The Sanctuary at Two Rivers was the perfect location for me and my friend, Shuli, to lead two weeklong back-to-back yoga and Ayurveda retreats. We loved many aspects of the Sanctuary: It is located deep in the jungle, away from civilization (living with the sun cycle); the nights are star-filled, there is delicious and nutritious Ayurvedically-aligned food, the deep, dark coffee; the beautiful practice space of the pagoda, it is in the open-air as well as it is spacious, the accommodation is aesthetically pleasing loft-like, located within the trees, and last but not the least, its friendly staff. Jeff and Liz were great hosts who tended to all our details from taxi arrangements to modifying menu for persons with allergies. My friend Shuli and I definitely plan to return to the Sanctuary for another retreat in the winter 2016."

"Where do I start? A week at The Sanctuary at Two Rivers refreshed my heart, mind, and body straight from my arrival. Being greeted by the beautiful luscious trees, singing birds, swinging monkeys, and green oasis took my stressed out, vacation overdue body into an immediate sigh. I had never done much yoga so was a bit nervous to turn into a pretzel for a week, but Lynda's guidance, awareness, and skill have turned me into a weekly yoga seeker even now upon my return home. Jeff arriving like Tarzan in his rhino car to drive us through the jungle and river was hilarious! He was so helpful sorting our daily needs, providing us all with options for adventures, and taking care of the details to make our stay effortless. The eco-tree houses have a delightful experience of an outdoor shower that is so refreshing and fun! Falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle and waking up to the smell of dew and sunshine have me smiling as I write this. The full moon with its luminous light, painted such a pure picture leaving us all in awe many nights after yoga. Meal time soon became one of my favorite celebrations with stories of our daily adventures, outbursts of songs, and just the wonder of sharing your heart about the journey of life with others. The food is so well thought out and added to the getting my equilibrium back into place. Thank you Sanctuary at Two Rivers for reminding me what life is really about. I will be back again, definitely."
