    - Liz is a great yoga teacher

    - Food is amazing! My favorite list is very long

    - Full immersion in nature

    - You just can't avoid the mosquitoes and bugs, which goes hand in hand with being in the middle of a jungle.

The food was good and there were lots of wild animals. I appreciate receiving half my money back so I could leave early.

The instructor had a bad attitude as well as her husband. The general feeling was if discomfort and judgement.

The food was amazing! The sanctuary was great, really cool to be living at an all solar energy place in the middle of the jungle. Nice to hear the jungle sounds as you fall asleep, also nice to have an outdoor shower. An extra plus for the pool and the rings that you could swing in at yoga pagoda. YTT course was in total very intense but very good and interesting and I think it has changed my life in some ways. Really liked this experience and the people I met! And Liz is a really good teacher!

WiFi was not very good, but it’s not really that important anyway.

This remote sanctuary is truly that - a sanctuary to heal from whatever ails you. The food is delicious and cooked lovingly by the "kitchen angels", who also attended to any other needs we had while we were there. Liz is a great yoga teacher who encourages all of her students to do what they can but also push their limits. The waterfall and river are beautiful and provide such a great meditative environment. Just don't forget the bug spray!

I recently returned from a Kundalini Yoga Retreat at the Sanctuary and had a hard time leaving. The owners and staff are so lovely and warm, the grounds are peaceful and breathtaking, with lots of areas to walk/hike to endless gorgeous scenery and waterfalls. The rooms & accommodations are fantastic, and the food is some of the BEST I've ever eaten. The Yoga Pagoda is a magical place, very healing, surrounded completely by nature. You can hear water falls and howler monkeys from all over the Sanctuary, and witness the spectacular butterflies and other wildlife in this beautiful rainforest. I will never forget my time in there, it was nothing short of magical and healing. I will definitely be returning, and highly recommend Two Rivers to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience away from daily life :)

The Sanctuary is a magical place. It is so peaceful and serene. The food is incredible, the pool is lovely, the yoga pagoda is gorgeous, the staff is always very helpful & kind and the sound of the rain forest put me to sleep each night. I highly recommend this sacred place. The owners are such beautiful beings and I look forward to seeing them each year. It is such a pleasure to share this place with all our retreat guests. I am deeply grateful. Pura Vida! Thank you for all the love & healing... Sat Nam.

Hard to put this magnificent place into words. Being off the grid and in the middle of the beautiful jungle allows for a very healing experience. A great way to learn new things about yourself and learn new things from others. The staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like family. The food is incredible by far the best food I've had in a very very long time. So many amazing experiences from the yoga, to some of the rituals to the socializing, to the hikes...all wonderful!

Never thought I'd leave a retreat I hosted energized and wanting to go back, wanting to be in the jungle, wanting to eat a similar diet. I speak on behalf of my retreat group, this was the best week of our lives. Best food experience and a great way to rid of toxins and cravings and rituals that don't serve me.

Go to sleep with the sun and wake with the howling monkeys at sunrise. Highly recommend you try surfing one day in Santa Teresa and take the Zuma Tours boat out for the day with the group to Isla Tortuga. I hope to return next year--I'd love to make this an annual habit! Blessings.
