"It was a wonderful retreat. I arrived, recovering from flu, exhausted and with January blues and left zinging with energy, feeling happier and healthier than I have in ages.Sunnah's sessions were perfect. She is an ideal teacher offering expert guidance with a great sense of humour and smiles. It was a lovely mix between yoga classes with just the right level of challenge and peaceful meditation and breathing sessions. There was no time to be bored but enough time to rest and read a book. The food was delicious, the dormitories were warm and comfortable and the setting was beautiful!"
"Sunnah is a wonderful teacher, her pace is good and her classes fulfilling. I had an energizing and relaxing weekend. Will certainly be back for more!"
"I'm very happy to know Sunnah and her class. She is a very good teacher, very kind and caring. Thank you Sunnah, and God bless you!"
