Old Lan Farmhouse was rebuilt in 2004 retaining many of its original features. The internal woodwork is all oak including the large staircase and the internal doors and many of the original oak beams from the farmhouse have been incorporated into the property for that traditional feel.
There are exposed stone walls, log burning stoves, Victorian style cast iron radiators, and all the traditional features of a period farmhouse but with modern quality and design for comfort and style.
The ground floor layout is light and airy with spacious rooms and an opulent yet welcoming reception hallway leading to the beamed gallery landing. A sumptuous lounge with a log-burning stove and oak flooring and a beautiful wet room and toilet off the main hallway. Equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard, there is everything you need to enjoy your stay!

A self-contained studio opposite the main farmhouse with one king-size bed for a maximum of two people. Situated across from the main farmhouse, surrounded by rustling trees and enjoying an elevated position.
The Annexe takes up space at the top of the beautiful stone outbuilding. A private side door gives access up a flight of stairs to a perfect cozy escape and a truly romantic hideaway.
This very cozy but spacious farmhouse boasts ample living space blending modern with rustic throughout. Exposed stone walls and reclaimed oak are home to luxurious sofas and touches of modern design amidst old and restored oak beams and wood burners to keep you toasty warm, perfect for that afternoon snooze after a day exploring the countryside!
Squirrel yourself away in the lounge for some well-deserved "you" time as you sit back and relax on one of the gorgeous sofas and lose yourself amongst the sumptuous cushions in front of the roaring fire. The perfect setting for that romantic evening!
The lounge also makes a great space for entertaining so why not retire to the lounge with friends, the perfect place for a cozy catch-up in this sumptuous woodland hideaway, or throw open the doors on a summer's evening and enjoy the private patio area.
For entertainment a large Smart TV, DVD / Blue Ray player, and Netflix for those cozy film nights. A selection of games is also available for use throughout your stay. You’ll also find some useful nick-nacks like binoculars and torches along with a picnic hamper if you fancy exploring some of the local sights.
The first floor enjoys four gorgeous bedrooms each with its own personality and style, two with en-suites, and a family bathroom with Victorian-styled elegance.
The master bedroom is just a dream, with rustic exposed beams, a heavenly French king-size bed, ample cupboard space, and a large en-suite with a shower and claw-foot freestanding rolltop bathtub!
The second king-size bedroom fashions a luxurious leather headboard and boasts views over the front lawns and a beautiful well area. At the other end of the landing is the third king-size bedroom with its own en-suite and simply stunning views overlooking the rear of the property and the beautiful earth pond and natural wildlife.
The main bathroom with a touch of Victorian elegance is home to a roll-top bath but can equally double as an additional shower room if needed. The perfect spot for decadent soaks with candles, bubbles, and your favorite book. There is a smaller, single bedroom, cozy and well-appointed to overlook the front aspect and lawns.
All rooms come with super-cozy bedding, luxurious linens, and sumptuous throws and cushions to ensure a blissful night’s sleep.
A cot, highchair, and baby gate are available on request, but they ask that you please bring your own bedding. You’ll also find a selection of plastic cutlery, plates, and bowls.
Sitting on 2.5 acres of gorgeous landscaped gardens with multiple large lawn areas. You’ll be spoilt for choice with plenty of areas for relaxing or perhaps take advantage of the large lawns and engage in some outdoor pursuits with croquet and other games to while away the afternoons.

You’ll find wooden furniture to seat eight (cushions for comfort and a parasol under the hallway staircase) and ambient lighting to set the mood as you relax for the evening under the dark skies.
Not to mention a large gas barbeque for use as you require so you’re all set for dining alfresco! Why not finish off the evening with a dip in the hot tub.
A large fire-pit area with ample seating for 12 to 14 people nestled in an area of cleared woodland away from the main house and complete with twinkling fairy lights to add a touch of magic to your alfresco parties.
This also makes a great spot to take advantage of the dark skies as you toast marshmallows, sing songs with a glass of wine; the perfect space for socializing, or simply relaxing underneath the stars.
This property comes with its very own gym and yoga studio available for use on request or perhaps venture across to the yoga ashram if you fancy indulging in a group session. Private sessions are available on request.
This charmingly renovated, open-plan living area is home to a king-size bed bedecked with luscious linens, throws, and cushions, perfect for indulging in those long lie-ins and breakfast in bed. A comfy sofa (ideal for evening snuggles), television, and DVD player for film nights, CD player, and plenty of stylish storage.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to create those culinary delights including an oven with electric hob, fridge / freezer, sink, and lots of under cupboard storage. You’ll also find a couple of comfy bar stools for dining. Treat yourself to some local delights, the nearby town of Narberth hosts a great selection of shops selling fresh local produce.
There is access to the downstairs laundry/boot room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer also offering space to hang wet suits and store wellies and walking boots.

Old Lan Farmhouse has Wi-Fi so if you need to stay in touch with the outside world you can. Speed ranges from 2 to 25 Mbps. Mobile phone reception does vary between providers and throughout the house due to the depth of the stone walls so you may find it easier to connect if you step outside.

Located just over a 10-minute drive from the closest market town, Narberth, and tucked away in the quaint village of Login, this beautiful farmhouse is set within 2.5 acres of land, approached through a wooden gated entrance with stone pillars and a sweeping graveled driveway taking you down to the main residence.
Throughout the weekend, you will be provided with three daily meals as well as snacks and refreshments. Dietary requirements including vegan and vegetarian meals can be accommodated.
The kitchen-come-dining room comes fully equipped with everything you need to create that perfect feast. The house has fantastic kitchen facilities including a luxuriously fitted handmade kitchen with granite work surfaces and integral appliances with a beautiful Heritage range.
Gorgeous aged beams run overhead and the wood burner makes for a very snug entertaining space on retiring from dinner. Plenty of work-top space is provided by the central island is positioned conveniently in the middle of the room.
You’ll find a large oak table, a perfect dining area seating eight comfortably, with beautiful views of the front lawns and gardens.
The local market town of Narberth, famous for its annual food festival, is approximately a 10-minute drive away and caters well to guests with several good restaurants, pubs, antique shops, and independent boutiques.
There’s also a great range of local shops including a butcher, greengrocer, bakery, a choice of small supermarkets, and a fabulous delicatessen, "Ultracomedia" where Spain meets Wales!
The intimate restaurant in the back room is where the magic happens and you get to taste an array of wonderful tapas dishes. Take the opportunity to stroll through the local vineyard Cwm Deri at Martletwy or perhaps indulge in some wine tasting whilst you soak up the splendor and enjoy some of the nearby woodland walks. Families will love Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park, and the Blue Lagoon Water Park.
The stunning coast of Pembrokeshire is just a 25-minute drive away where you can easily reach the prestigious harbor town of Tenby. It’s known for its 13th-century town walls and its stretches of sandy shoreline, including North, South, and Castle Beach lined with piers and boardwalks and a host of attractions including wildlife boat tours.
Saundersfoot is just a stone’s throw away with a beautiful sandy beach and some spectacular views from St Brides Hotel, an oasis of calm perched on a clifftop where you can enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the bay, or simply stop for coffee or your favorite tipple.
For those special celebratory moments you can also sample the a la carte cuisine at the popular Coast Restaurant set on the shoreline, just meters away from the lovely golden sands of Coppet Hall with unrivaled views of the sea and skyline.
Cardigan Bay is also just a short drive away and home to the renowned Poppit Sands. Venture further afield for the award-winning Barafundle Bay (access to the beach is down steps from the clifftop, so not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs), or visit the spectacular beach at Freshwater West, home to the multi-award-winning beach shack, "Cafe Môr" (pretty notorious on the British street food scene).
Along with Whitesands Bay, these are both very popular spots with surfers and water sports fanatics. Manorbier, Broadhaven, and Newgale are also worthy of a mention here too! The town of Newcastle Emlyn is lovely and well worth a visit, with a pretty river, the remains of a castle, a lovely church plus lots of independent shops, restaurants, and a farmer’s market to explore.
Explore Britain’s smallest picturesque city, St. David’s, a place of pilgrimage for centuries and home to the 12th century St. David’s Cathedral. Gothic ruins of the Bishop's Palace lie on the opposite bank of the river from the cathedral and provide a suitably dramatic backdrop for open-air theatre performances in the summer.
Boat trips to the wild offshore islands of Ramsey, Grassholm, Skomer, and Skokholm offer an opportunity to get close to the sea life that calls this rugged landscape home. Catch a glimpse of puffins, gannets, porpoises, dolphins, and whales, and choose a 15-minute island-hop or a leisurely cruise depending on how sturdy your sea legs are.
