While on your retreat, in addition to daily yoga, you will have the ability to take a tour of the winery and vineyard, attend a cooking class led by a chef, hike on the Appalachian trail, or just lounge around with a glass of wine. The Retreat at Veritas has numerous pre-planned activities and give you the flexibility to attend the activities of your choosing.
