Ali Roff Farrar, 200-hour yoga teacher and Wellness Director of Psychologies Magazine, and James Farrar, personal coach and 'vegan hotshot chef' invite you to a weekend of yoga and mindfulness to create greater authentic wellbeing in your life!

The pair opened The Remedy Retreats in early 2018 and have run four successful retreats since, as well as regular yoga brunch days at the same location - a space they have made a home from home for their guests.

Program

A limited and exclusive experience; to celebrate Ali Roff Farrar’s upcoming book ‘The Wellfulness Project’ (published by Aster on 26th December), be one of the first to experience the transformative practice of ‘Wellfulness’ in your life. Through yoga, meditation, creating, journaling, and a massage, you’ll take a deep dive into the five holistic elements of food, body, space, ritual, and mind, applying ‘Wellfulness’ a specially designed version of mindfulness to each of these areas in your life, to find greater authentic wellness, for a happier, healthier new beginning.

Learn how to look within on a deeper level and explore each of these five elements in your life to discover a new mindful connection to them, uncovering your authentic relationship with each one, and finding new conscious awareness around what’s working in your life, what isn’t, what needs to change, and what to create more of.

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at London Stansted Airport (STN). City airport is the closest airport, but can often be expensive. Stanstead, Gatwick, and Heathrow are all easily accessible by public transport or 45 minutes to one hour by taxi/cab.
