The retreat will take place at Awaba Retreat, a unique boutique retreat nestled amongst state forest in Palmdale, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Enjoy the difference of waking up slowly to the sound of the forest coming alive with beautiful bird life coming into song. Soak up the fresh, country air and take in the sweeping views of the lush green forest as you indulge in your weekend.

The Raw Food Kitchen has an amazing crew of people for you for this very special weekend. The retreat will be led by Amanda Brocket of The Raw Food Kitchen, who is a qualified raw food teacher, chef, coach and published author of “The Raw Food Kitchen” book and has successfully guided over 1000 people with their raw journey on the 28 day program. A resident yoga teacher will also be on hand to guide you, ground you, relax, and support you through this transformational weekend.

You can enjoy delicious healing plant-based foods while learning all the secrets of raw food. Raw vegan foods will be served for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be dessert to enjoy.

There will be no coffee, alcohol, meat, dairy, wheat, cigarettes, gluten, or processed foods on this retreat, and we ask you to leave these items at home.
