The Quadrangle Trust offers yoga, meditation, and creative writing, as well as sustainable living and creative arts for local individuals, groups, and societies.
Rebecca Brewin’s background is in the arts. She has traveled extensively, living in various communities and ashrams. Her yoga training began in the Iyengar tradition in India in 2005. She then trained for two years as a Scaravelli-based teacher in London with Chloë Fremantle and Anne-Marie Zulkahari. The inspiration for her teaching is the late Vanda Scaravelli and her teacher of many years, Giovanni Felicioni. She now teaches classes at her home in Somerset and through workshops and retreats at the Quadrangle, London.
Simon Heale has been practicing buddhist meditation since 1995. He trained extensively within the zen tradition, finally living at Yokoji zen mountain centre in California where he became a senior monk before returning home to the United Kingdom in 2010. He now lives and works in London as a core process psychotherapist and at The Centre for Better Health, a progressive mental health charity. Simon finds himself engaged personally and professionally in how to heal and live well within busy and complex modern lives.
