There are two types of room available in The Pavana Chiang Mai Resort for the yoga holiday retreat.
Pool deluxe room (50 sqm) comes with a king size bed or two single beds with spacious private balcony overlooking the gardens and free-form swimming pool. The room offers you a Lanna contemporary style décor coupled with an array of modern comforts including complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, flat-screen LED TV and direct dial telephone. The pool deluxe rooms on the ground floor have direct access to swimming pool.
A romantic two-stories villa (90 sqm) offering one bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom plus a separate restroom, living room, dining area and pantry. Relax and enjoy your stay in the sunshine filled private balcony and beautiful lawn area overlooking a spectacular panoramic mountain view and swimming pool.

Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Samadhi Yoga in Seattle, Sivananda Yoga in India, and Jungle Yoga in Koh Phangnan, Thailand)
As a former professional dancer and critically acclaimed choreographer, she brings to her yoga teaching a wealth of kinesthetic experience and physical training including body mind centering, Alexander technique, skinner release technique, Thai yoga massage, and more. Gaelen’s unique yoga teaching style also combines aspects of Vini yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Iyengar yoga, and her thoughtfully choreographed classes focus on body awareness and emphasize the flow of breath as a tool to bring you into a state of dynamic presence.
Neil has trained extensively in different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, and Sivananda. He brings to his classes a unique fusion of the many teaching styles and teachers he has studied with. Neil has received 200-hour certificates from SVYASA (2007), and the Teacher Training Certificate (TTC) (2008), followed by the 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training Certificate (ATTC) (2010) from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, based in India.
